Review: This book takes you on a jouney of war photography from the Crimea Pennunsula to modern times. The most striking photograph to me was actually one with no people in it. Ever read the famous poem on the Charge of the Light Brigade, one picture is the image of the Valley of Death. It looks like a peaceful barren rocky valley till you realize all the rocks are perfectly round cannon shot.
