Rating: Summary: Good book for beginners Review: I am just beginning in watercolors, so I found a lot of useful information in this book. I especially found inspiration in the illustrations used for several of the techniques. There are sections on paints, brushes, mixing colors, wash techniqes, masking techniqes, fixing mistakes, etc. Each topic includes a helpful illustration.

Rating: Summary: Good information for starting a watercolor experience. Review: My experience with watercolor painting is only a few workshops. I found the book gave me some insight to many of the general elements for making a painting better. Each of the 100 Keys are quick and to the point. They have improved me as a starting artist.
Rating: Summary: A treasure! Review: This little book is filled with valuable, useful information. The format is small, with a spiral binder, so it is very convenient to keep handy on your drafting table for quick reference. I'm not a beginner watercolorist, and I've learned alot from this book.
Rating: Summary: Don't bother Review: Unless you live in a cave and never heard of 'watercolors,' don't bother with this book. It's written for 2 yr. olds and has no new imformation. The whole thing is about 60 pages and is the size of Pop Tart. Do yourself a favor and just go to your public library and get a book on painting there.
