Rating: Summary: 2,001 Ways to Pamper Yourself Review: If you count reading this book as one of them, "2,001 Ways to Pamper Yourself" should be retitled "2,002 Ways to Pamper Yourself." A total joy!

Rating: Summary: This is the perfect book for self-indulgence Review: Lorraine Bodger's pocket-size book "2,001 Ways to Pamper Yourself" is an utter delight. It's a chunky book chock full of inspirational tips and ideas for busy women who need to stay focused on their own pleasures. Not written in true chapter form, the book flows cover to cover with self-indulgent ideas that range from the tranquil to the zany. For instance, idea number 724 is "Have a pillow fight". This is a great way of letting off steam after a busy day. Tip number 143 says to "have a chocolate milkshake". Sometimes this can be a guilt inducing thing to do but it's one of my favorite indulgences in the world. There are so many wonderful suggestions in this lovely book. I reccommend trying them all at least once! Like most women, I am very busy with my job and my home life but this book is so easy to read and you can take it anywhere. Read it on your lunch hour, before going to bed, anywhere is fine. You can just feel your troubles melting away in no time.

Rating: Summary: Save Your Money - Just Think! Review: You really don't need this book. Yes, there may be a few interesting ideas here and there but perhaps, it would be suffice to have a list of 50 to get you started thinking how to pamper yourself and then you can think of better ways yourself. Okay, if you need some excuses (like "oh, the book said it will be good if I pamper myself this way"), go get the book. Otherwise, save the money and buy yourself a real treat.
