Summary: The BEST WWI Photobook around!
Review: As a part-timer war scolar, I enjoy studying WWI. This book covers all of the first conflict of the twentieth century with brilliant pictures for the Imperial War Museum in London, England. The pictures are awe-inspiring and shows the damage and power of war. This book is puncuated with expert essays by war scolar Richard Holmes which fills in the action and behind-the-picture dialogue perfect for this book. This book is great for historians.

Summary: World War I In Photographs
by Richard Holmes
Review: World War I In Photographs by Richard Holmes is a fitting tribute to the worst war ever. Many people will disagree with me (more people died during world war two), however the prospect of running against machine guns and knowing full well that your chance of survival still chills one to the bone. The photographs are touching and one can feel the cruelty of war.
