Description:
As your mom (or coach) always said, "Anything worth doing is worth doing well." Following this axiom, Jensen's 115-watt powered subwoofer delivers the best of bass, with economy in mind. Solid engineering perfected over 74 years gives this front-ported sub a competitive edge. The JPS10 covers a frequency range from 150 Hz at the upper end (accommodating the lowest range of even the smallest home theater satellite speakers) down to a house-shaking 30 Hz at its lowest frequency--enough bass to drive home the power of 5.1-channel DVD mixes or the bottom end of your favorite music. Its fixed-frequency crossover at 150 Hz makes it optimal for use with small speakers. The affordable JPS10 offers spring-clip speaker-level inputs and outputs, meaning it's designed to be connected in line between an amplifier or receiver and other speakers, rather than being connected directly to a surround receiver's dedicated RCA-type subwoofer output. A rear-panel LED indicates standby/on speaker status.
