Summary: Wonderful subwoofer
Review: Before this sub I just had a small 8inch sub and wanted better lower end with less boominess. I read the reviews on hometheaterforum.com and avsforums and most people recommended this sub for the best performance/value.

After I hooked up the sub, I started calibrating it. IT DOES hit 25hz. It actually hit 23hz with some room gain. Watching Finding Nemo was a totally different experience with this sub. The scene where Darla taps the glass made some of my pictures and paintings rattle.

Movies: Awesome, couldn't ask for much more given the price.
Music: The bass is there but isn't as accurate as my old 8incher.
