Summary: Finally!! The Wait is Over!!!
Review: I love this show because it is so witty and the characters are so lovable. I am so glad they are coming back this fall for their fifth season since everybody loves this show.

I have just discovered that Warner Brothers announced that the most requested DVD will be coming out this Spring. The six disc set includes the 21 episodes and lots of behind the scenes. The release date is scheduled to be on MAY 4, 2004. So the wait is over!! Don't let this TV show on DVD pass you by.

Summary: Cute and very entertaining show, with great actors
Review: Ever since Girlmore Girls premired in 2000, I have been hooked to this show ever since. Lauren Graham is flawless and does her part as Loreli Gilmore with such grace and ease. Alexis Bledel is a wonderful and gifted actress, as well. I couldn't see any other women playing these wonderful roles. I also love Scott Patterson as Luke. He is such a cutie, and he and Loreli have this amazing relationship, (that should be more than a friendship by the way)Scott Patterson is an awsome actor and I'd like to see him to some other roles to get him more noticed.
All in all, Gilmore Girls is a great show, especially the first season. If you haven't seen the show, do yourself a favor and watch it, or wait till season one comes out and watch it then. You'll be doing yourself a favor by introducing yourself into the Gilmore world.

Summary: "Where You Lead, I Will Follow...."
Review: Thank god for The WB. If it weren't for them taking chances on shows, we would never of gotten "Buffy", or the thrilling excitement of "Smallville", or the heartwarming treasure of "Everwood", and we wouldn't of had "Gilmore Girls". Premiering back in 2000, the show is about Lorelei Gilmore, a single woman in her early 30's(at this time)who is also the mother of a 16 year old daughter named Rory, and their lives and loves and everything in between while taking place in the beautiful and ficticious town of Stars Hollow, Conn. Lorelei is played by Lauren Graham, who is not only the best(and hottest)mom on TV, but is also one of the most under-valued and unappreciated actresses on TV. Her classic beauty and natural talent is what makes the show. Rory is Alexis Bledel, who has become the best representation of a young teen on TV. The show is one of the most freshest, intelligent, witty, and clever shows on the air. The writing is as sharp as a dagger, quick, intelligent, and is just some of the best writing on TV. Since it is not "The West Wing" or "Alias", it doesn't get the accolades it so rightfully deserves. The first season is a debut season most shows dream of. The pilot episode sets up a story that will set the tone for the next few seasons. Rory is accepted to the prestigious school, Chilton, and Lorelei asks her very wealthy parents, Richard and Emily, brilliantly played by Edward Herrmann and Kelly Bishop, for a loan. They agree, but in doing so, make a deal that Lorelei and Rory have to come to dinner every Friday. "The Lorelei's First Day At Chilton", is a classic ep that has Lorelei not making a good first impression at the school. "Rory's Dance" and "Forgiveness And Stuff" are two of the strongest episodes of the season. The relationship between mother and daughter is strained when Rory stays out all night with boyfriend Dean(even though nothing happened). There is more to it, but that would be saying too much. Great episodes. "Kiss And Tell" is another great and sweet episode dealing with Dean kissing Rory for the first time, and Rory deciding on when, or if, to tell her mother. There is so many more things to say about other great episodes here in season one and presented on this disc, but I will let you discover them. They are all gems. The acting is some of the best on TV. Some of the best moments come between Lorelei and her mother. These scenes are so rich and deep, they make the TV academy look like fools because of their continued blind eye towards the series. The writing is full of cultural references and pop culture, that you really need to know your stuff when watching the show. They have things in there that no other show has the bravery to put in. That's just one of the genius things about the show. It's also what makes some people not like the show. Because the writing is too good, too sharp, and too fast for many to get or to understand. How sad. The town of Stars Hollow is as much a character as any living breathing ones too. It's really the backlot of Warner Bros. in Burbank. I've been there on tour and was actually in Stars Hollow!. Anyways, the show is unlike any other and has a large cast full of fun and oddball characters strewn throughout. If you have been depriving yourself of this show for the 3 and a half seasons it has been on the air, then you need to discover what the fans already have and give yourself the gift of the Gilmore Girls.

Review: In the UK i only get to see the first season rerun every weekend on Nickelodeon. It's a fab show the scripts are great, the cast is talented, it rocks! But i am gutted because me and a lot of others who don't live in the US wont benifit from the release of the best DVD eva coz it wont be comapatible with our DVD players. It isn'y a very well known show round here so i doubt it will be released in the Uk. Boo hoo. i love the show so much but i expect i wont get to see past series one!

Summary: Two thumbs up
Review: I started watching this show when it first aired and I've been a fan ever since. I enjoy the perspective of another high school student (now college) about life. It has always been very enjoyable to be able to get away from the stress of my life and watch this witty and entertaining show. I recently even got my boyfriend in it. I tried to make him watch the 3rd season with all the drama and he didn't enjoy it, but he loves watching the new season with Rory in college because of the humorous story lines. I fully recommend this show to anyone and everyone!

Summary: Gilmore Girls is coming to dvd in 2004
Review: For all of who love the witty banter that happens in Stars Hollow, you will be so exiceted. Warner Brothers is going to release the first season on dvd. This show rocks. It reminds me of me and my mother's relationship, and the relationship that i would love to have for my future daughter. It is truly fab.

Summary: It will be on cheap DVD disks.
Review: Knowing Warners, it will be made on cheap DVD disks with zero bonus features. Which is okay because it's a terrible show anyway.

Summary: Snappy Wit!
Review: I made fun of this show when it first came out, mistakenly thinking it would be another hackneyed, feel-good "dramedy". But several years later, I came across the show while channel surfing and became immediately addicted. The writing is excellent, the characters endearing, the actors charming, and how can I resist any show that makes reference to Tom Waits? I'm really hoping this series will be out on DVD soon--WB execs, are you listening?
