Review: This DVD is great!! My 1 1/2 year old loves Elmo and this DVD has been watched every day since it arrived 2 weeks ago. It is a great learning tool concerning X-mas and the various ways it is celebrated. Her dad & I have even learned some valuable info!! Kudos to ELMO African dancing for Kwanzaa!!!

Summary: Great non-religous video
Review: This DVD is great, and my 19 mo. old has been watching it nonstop since we first let him watch it on Thanksgiving day. The Kwanzaa dance in itself is worth the price of admission, with the Noodle family skit close behind!
This DVD manages to introduce the basic essence of three year-end holidays (Christmas, Hannukah and Kwaanza) without invoking any one religion or even mentioning God. (Except for a brief mention by one of the ... kids near the end.) Focus is on, family (and food ;-)). It even pauses to mention other holidays like Ramadan and Three Kings day that are also commonly observed but not the focus of this video.

Summary: A MUST-HAVE FOR YOUR KIDS
Review: This is a wonderful video, sure to be a Christmas classic! It teaches all about Christmas, Chanuka and Kwanzaa in a fun and humorous way. What I really like about it is that it doesn't shy away from showing the real meanings behind the holidays: it shows both the secular and historical/religious origins of the holidays without preaching or offending. (I haven't found any other Christmas specials that do this!) Not only does my daughter enjoy this video, but I do as well (even after MANY repeat viewings). She's a big Elmo fan, but even if she wasn't, there's alot to enjoy about this video. A++

Summary: Very informative!
Review: This is by far the best Elmo I've seen yet! Enlightening as it teaches children to consider what other cultures celebrate this time of year such as Kwanzaa and Chanukah and of course there's
lots of songs, dancing and spiritual messages presented by lovely children. The Noodles are there along with their sister Miss Noodle and Elmo learns the true meaning of Christmas from Santa himself. That love is the greatest gift of all.

Review: This is such a great way to teach children about the various holidays that come up around Christmas. It is by far my little guy's favorite video- he loves the music and the dancing! A must have for the holiday season.

Summary: Mom and Dad learned a few things too...
Review: This video does a tasteful and entertaining job of exploring the different holidays that people celebrate at this time of year. The origins and typical customs of Christmas, Chanukah, and Kwanzaa are covered, and several children even explain how Ramadan and Three Kings Day are celebrated in their homes. We have several Elmo tapes, but this is one of our favorites. Really fun and solidly produced.
