Summary: A FABULOUS BUY!!!
Review: We bought CSI because I love the show so much. We are military over seas, and are usually a season behind, and don't get to see it all the time, I never miss an aired show, so when the set came out, I had to have it. I love watching it, and when there is nothing good on tv, I can pop in a disk and watch something worth watching. I loved watching season one in order, you really get to know the characters on an almost personal level, even if it is just through the last minute long scene at the end. I love how the show actually pulls some stories straight from the headlines, some say they are far fetched, but if you watch the news at all, you can pick out some of the stories, which is neat, and a bit scary. Love the show, have the second season too!!! BUY BUY BUY

Summary: Intelligent
Review: I'm not a buff for commercial TV shows, but CSI (the original) caught my interest. It wasn't until the second season that I finally caught an episode. That was enough! I immediately went out and rented the first season and then the second. The show is as intelligent as it is entertaining. The actors are believable (for the most part....I found the choice of attire on some to be a bit of a reach for a professional scientist).

Summary: I love having this collection!
Review: I have grown to be a huge fan of this series and am thrilled to now own the first season on DVD. I can now watch any episode I want at any time - I can freeze frame to catch a facial express or examine a clue more closely and of course I can replay my favorite scenes :)

Summary: *IMPORTANT ADVICE*
Review: I'm not sure whether or not this is common, but I had difficulty getting these discs to play in my computer's DVD-ROM drive using Windows Media Player, it wouldn't even recognise discs 2 or 3 as DVDs. To correct this problem if it occurs use a DVD which you know will work properly to cause Windows Media Player to start playing from the DVD drive. Then eject the disc and replace it with your CSI disc. The principle is much like priming your lawnmower before you start it.

Summary: The Best Show On TV Right Now
Review: This is a great show. It is also informative for people who do not know much about crime scene investigatiions. It is great for everyone who's ever wondered "How'd they figure that out" on other shows or movies.
I believe if you give this show a chance, you will love it. Don't let the few who have written bad reviews scare you from this. This is time well spent.

Summary: A TV SHOW WORTH HAVING ON DVD!
Review: You've heard of "Must See TV"? Well, in a nutshell, it's called CSI.
This is by far the BEST prime time drama on television!
Witty writing, sharp characters and sneaky plots with a fresh new twist on the traditional murder mystery.

Summary: The best show on (network) television
Review: As long as I've been reading and watching movies and TV, I've always loved crime stories. I always loved to watch anything where there was a crime committed and you got to see someone figure it out and all the twists and turns that came along for the ride. CSI takes this formula to the next level and shows you the forensic side of it and blends it wonderfully with the world of the police. We see evidence collected, tested, and suspects identified and they never really get any of the glory. They're the people working behind the scenes that really get the job done and I think that's why I dig this show so much. William Peterson is freakin' awesome as Grissom and you can tell he totally loves playing the character. The whole cast is pitch perfect though and they all bring depth and sensibility to their characters. The writing is amazing too for a show of this nature. The tech talk is there, but luckily, they dumb it down enough or explain it in a way that the viewer won't be left behind. Although long time viewers of CSI can usually predict the pattern of who the eventual perpetrator will be at the end of the episode, this is still a kick bum show that smokes most other stuff on network television.

Summary: This is the number one show on television?
Review: Based on how popular this show has become, I gave CSI a chance, hoping it would show me what all the hype is about. I must say, however, that if this is the number one show on television, I'm scared by the public's lack of taste. CSI, is without a doubt, one of the cheeziest shows I've ever seen. It makes MacGyver look like a compelling drama. If the ridiculousness of the storyines don't zap all energy from your body, the over-dramatic special effects will. As for its popularity, I'm guessing the show must have somehow captured "Walker:Texas Ranger"'s old fan-base.

Summary: the best show in the world!!!
Review: CSI is my favorite show in the whole world!!! I bought the DVD and watched the whole thing in a couple of months (My tv broke for about a month). It was the best!!! I especially liked "Blood Drops" the quadruple murder where Sara Sidle has to watch a little girl named Brenda Collins while the rest of the crew works her familys case. Jorja Fox plays Sara very well. I also love George Eads! He plays Nick Stokes wonderfully. Eric Szmanda is wonderful to. Marg Helgenburger, William Petersen, Paul Guilfoyle, Robert David Hall, and Gary Dourdan are great also! This is the best show on Television now. CSI ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
