Review: Great selection from South Park's 4th season. You just have to love Timmy, and he's splendidly showcased on this DVD.

Review: I agree that this themed tape stuff is getting old, but at least this theme was good! I absolutley love this video and am glad to add it to my collection. Hopefully, the rest of the episodes will eventually be released as the series is somewhere near the end of season two on video with many more to go. However, this is a great video. Could have also included "Do the Handicapped go to Hell?" but I am not complaining. Timmy rules and I'm glad they decided to dedicate a tape to him!

Summary: Warner should get their act together....
Review: I'm sick and tired of these "theme packs". They're useless. I would never collect TV series if I could not get all episodes on chronological order, and I will not even if it's South Park. I have the two first seasons which are great on Region 1 (and were done by Rhino), but from now on I'm sticking with Region 2, on which all 4 seasons are available in chronological order. (I know this is the VHS version, I'm referring to the DVD releases)

Summary: Well...
Review: Well... I'm not surprised. It seems Rhino is loving these "theme" packs, and we get this. Don't get me wrong, 4th Grade was good, But I think this could have been better. WHERE IS THE DVD RELEASE?

Summary: Great Addition to the South Park collection
Review: While I must admit that I wish they would release the South Park episodes in order - this dvd still has a lot to offer any fan of the series. Included in the four episodes are "Timmy 2000", "4th Grade", "Helen Keller, The Musical" and "The Tooth Fairy's Tats 2000".

In "Timmy 2000" we get are first look at Timmy and the kids enjoy the benefits of ridilin. This episode is hilarious (and makes a very real point) with the over use of ridilin for every child that acts out. The funniest bit in the entire episode is the Christina Aguliera monster that tries to eat Cartman.

"4th Grade" is another great episode - there's so much that goes on. The gang enter 4th grade with their new teacher, Timmy goes back in time (with a great spoof of "Speed") and Mr. Garrison finally comes out (with another great spoof of "Star Wars").

The episode "Helen Keller, The Musical" has to be one of the funniest episodes ever. In competing for the Thanksgiving play, Timmy finds a friend with Gobbles (the physically challenged turkey). I don't want to say much more other than this is one of the best episodes they've ever done.

The bonus episode "The Tooth Fairy's Tats 2000" is the weakest episode on the disk. It's good, just not up to the rest. Since Timmy is barely on it, I don't know why they chose it to put on this disk.

Overall the disk is great and well worth the price. I hate that they aren't releasing the episodes in order - that's Warner Brothers for you - but until they do, I'll be happy with what they have released.
