Summary: Do not buy this DVD....
Review: ....or waste your time watching it. Being major Jackass fan, I thought I would check out some related DVD products like Steve-O, CKY, Backyard Wrestling, and tragically, Backyard Fight Clubs Volume I.

There is no fight club going on here at all. The bulk of the footage is basically teens and preteens imitating wrestling moves in makeshift rings so poorly constructed that when the combatants throw each other towards the `ropes', they have to stop when they reach them and fake bouncing off so that the rink doesn't collapse. The leg bars and `vicious chops' are performed so badly that Chief Jay Strongbow must be spinning in his grave. Almost every punch is pulled, and poorly.

Other than this there are some mildly amusing wrestling acrobatics that don't last long and aren't very polished. There is also a lot of the tired setting folding tables on fire and breaking them, and a few good body throws, but mostly you'll only see guys dump a trashcan full of `illegal objects' into the ring then give each other love taps with them.

The quality of the picture and the filming techniques are the worst. Even the dubbed sound drops out constantly. My top complaint would be that none of this is Fight Club style, it is just sub-standard Backyard Wrestling style. It is you next door neighbors ... kids sneaking off with the camcorder and filming themselves playing WWF. AWEFUL. THE WORST. The title is a total lie. The only point of merit would be that one of the play-by-play announcers is kinda funny. Recommendation; ZERO STARS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
