Review: This was my favorite of the series. A choke is a great way to take charge of an opponent. This DVD is very easy to follow. I have purchased other DVDs like this and they seem way too out dated and boring. The whole DSF series seem up to speed and very interesting. If you are a big fan of UFC then I suggest you get a copy.
