Review: Wrestlemania 16 was a complete dissapiontment all the matches were rubbish. avoid at all costs. i am a big wwf fan and i know this was dissapointing as a pay per view. the only good matches were The Tag Titles match with Hardys dudleys and E&c and the WWF Title match wasn't all that bad

Summary: 5 Star Wrestlemania
Review: Godfather & D'lo vs. Bossman & Bull Buchanan - ***, intertaining match to start off show.
13-man battle royal for hardcore title - ****1/2, brutal, exciting, and entertaining to see who will come out on top.
T&A vs. Snow & Blackman - ***, the match was against 2 hardcore wrestlers and 2 power men, a mix of action.
Triangle ladder match for tag titles, Dudleyz vs. Hardyz vs. Edge & Christian - *****, best match of the night, high-flying, best ladder match ever.
Chyna & Too Cool vs. Radicalz - ****, mostly just between latino heat eddie guerrero and Chyna, which made it very intertaining.
2 fall Triple Threat for intercontinetal and european championship - ****1/2, one of the best matches of the night, losts of near falls, and quick movement.
Kane & Rikishi vs. D-X - ***, very slow match, road dogg was useless.
Fatal-4-way Elimination match for WWF championship, A McMahon in every corner, The Rock vs. Big Show vs. Mick Foley vs. HHH - *****, one of the best matches of the night, pretty long match but intertained and kept you guessing who's going to win.

Summary: Wrestlemania 16 was miserably bad
Review: WM16 was bad. just too bad. The tag team matches were bad. ALL of them. Then there were the "many people involved" matches. The main event, the Triple threat Euro and I-C title matches, the Triple threat ladder match for the tag titles and even the womens match has many people involved. Basically, a lot of suckiness everywhere. The women's match was the only match that was 1 on 1. Kat vs Terri in a "cat fight". There was for some reason A LOT of buildup for this match. But obviously, it [is bad]. A few decently good matches were the 2 triple threats and the main event was decent. Altogether though it was bad. Its supposed to be WRESTLEMANIA! Not an extended version of HeAT..Anyway, if u want to rent it just because its wrestlemania, than rent it. but please dont buy it.

Summary: Worst WRESTLEMANIA ever
Review: I think this WRESTLEMANIA was the worst ever. I have many reasons. 1. There is no normal one on one match. 2. It has gotten to hardcore everything involves a ladder or a table or a bat or something that is a foreign object. 3. Untraditional Main Event was the worst. A fatal four way match? That is the worst match I can think of. 4. Why couldn't it just be WRESTLEMANIA XVI? Why did it have to be 2000? 5. Hardcore battle royal was really bad. In a battle royal if your eliminated don't you go to the back and isn't the battle royal suppose to stay inside. 6. Bad ending! A heel left with the championship! A heel never left with the championship! 7. The Euro-IC title match was the stupidest kind of match I have ever seen! You pin one guy you win a title then you pin another and win a title? Why couldn't it just be if you pin one guy you win both titles? Definately the worst WRESTLEMANIA ever! I don't reccomend this to anyone that likes the WWF/E! If you like ECW then I reccomend it because it's all hardcore but in case you don't stay away don't even think about buying it! I reccomend WRESTLEMANIA 6, WRESTLEMANIA 4, WRESTLEMANIA 18, WRESTLEMANIA 12, WRESTLEMANIA 7, and WRESTLEMANIA 8. All the others are good to but if you buy this video then I hope your hopeless soul goes straight to the prince of darkness!

Summary: Better than 18,but not as good as 17
Review: The sixteenth installment of the granddaddy proved that matches that may sound bad on paper can be quite entertaining.
1.D'lo and Godfather vs. Bossman and Buchanan:Fine example of a bad sounding match that proved entertaining.
2.Hardcore Battle Royal:Decent match but participants like the Posse brought it down.
3.Snow and Blackman vs. T and A: Although a good match was put on by these four they should have been in the hardcore battle royal, not the posse.
4.Triangle Ladder Match Tag Team Titles Dudleyz(c)vs.Hardyz vs.Edge and Christian: Great Match! Better than T.L.C. 2 with great high flying moves off and onto tables and ladders
5.Cat Fight The Kat vs. Terri Spe.Ref. Venis:Not very entertaing.
6.6-Person Tag Chyna and Too Cool vs. The Radicalz:Pretty decent match two entertaining teams.
7.Two Fall Triple Threat Match Euro. And I.C. Titles Angle(c)vs.Benoit vs. Jericho: Excellent match from three technical wizards.Good luck counting all the suplexes.
8.Kane and Rikishi vs. X-Pac and Road Dogg: Bad match that shouldn't have happened.
9.MAIN EVENT FATAL FOURWAY ELIMINATION WWF CHAMPIONSHIP HHH(c)vs.BIG SHOW vs. THE ROCK vs. MICK FOlEY: Great main event that contained the destruction of two tables,a piledriver on the staircase anda barbed wire two by four.Proves that even at Wrestlemania the common isn't always the outcome.

Summary: Main event and writing faltered a little
Review: I had high expectations for WrestleMania 2K - the WWF writing talent had been putting some extra mileage into their television shows, and business was up. However, the planning faltered a bit for the first Mania of the new millennium.
Only one match, the five-star, extremely innovative Triangle Ladder Match, can be considered a great contest. The main event, while not a bad match by any means, stalls and has trouble getting started. I suppose, however, that this WrestleMania is noteworthy because it is the only Mania ever to have a heel walk out as champion. It is also Mick Foley's last match. It would have gone better if it would have went as originally planned - a singles match, with The Rock and Triple H in a showdown.
The venue is horrible, and the undercard matches are poorly blown filler material. Too many tag matches - in fact, there are no traditional one-on-one matches at this event.
Two factors bring the rating on this event up - the Triangle Ladder Match, which still leaves me breathless, and the DVD Extras. The WWF's technical team took full advantage of the DVD format this year, adding a separate disc filled with WrestleMania's rich history and interviews with Vince McMahon and writing talent. It's definitely a nostalgia trip for any wrestling fan.

Review: If you are a long time wwf fan this will add extremely nicely to ya collection!
The matches that stood out the most was the main event which was good but i thought foley woulda done some thing memeroble as it was his last match in the wwf.But was a good match, silly at 1 point as the mcmahons have a fight so rock and hhh just lay in the ring doing nufing for like 5mins.I like ice-t singing the entrance for the godfather.
And the show stealer is most defanete the triangle ladder match..this was unbelievable.high spots included a 450 splash on the ladder, jeff faling from the ladder to outside the ring ,swanton off the top of a giant ladder, the whole match was just a high spot!What was the matter with the rest of wrestlemania 16? well the answer for that was head cheese match, chynas match against the radicals,the tag match with kane/rikishi vs xpac/road dogg, what were these matches doing in a wrestlemania?These are a raw openers or mid card matches!some even jakked metal matches!
If you want to see a true wrestlemania get 17 or 14 they were wrestlemania at its very best.
this gets 3 1/2 stars for the main event and the incredible 5star ladder match which displayed a new meaning to the word of high risk!!!!

Summary: Good Card, bad main event
Review: The entire evenings matches were great and entertaining, the Triangle Ladder match is my personal favorite, but the main event was so bad. The way they had HHH retain the title was simply embarrassing to the Game. Everyone knows he could beat Rock Flat, and McMahon wasn't need to assist, HHH had it under control. It was just horrible the way they did the main event, and Big Show was embarrassed as well being in the match for a good 7.5 minutes. Where's tradition and respect like at WM6??? The DVD is well worth a buy even if you have the VHS version because with the history of WM, you can see how traditional was slowly thrown out the window. Do the right thing and get the DVD.

Summary: This was a great ppv, the 2nd dvd is worth the price alone!
Review: the main event is the 2nd best main event in wrestlemania history. the 2 of 3 falls euro/continental match displays near perfect timing and technique. the triangle ladder match is high flying and breath taking, i think it is better than the tlc matches. all in all this ppv is a great mix of technical, submission, hardcore, high flying, and old-school style wrestling and rivals WRESTLEMANIA 17 for all around quality. the ppv, however, takes backseat to the bonuses, commentary on 2/3 match and, of course, the bonus dvd. THE BEST OF WRESTLEMANIA 1-15 is without a doubt the greatest wrestling disc so far this gives you highlights, matches, and storyline creations on the "biggest spectacle in sports entertainment." with that said i have one imperative to say: BUY THE "WWF WRESTLEMANIA 2000" DVD NOW!!!!

Summary: WWF Wrestle Mania 2000
Review: Wrestle Mania 2000 was a great event. Although it could have been better with some more one on one matches, it was still an awesome event. The Hardcore Battle Royal, the 2 out of 3 falls match, the Triangle ladder match, and the Fatl Four Way Elimination Main Event were the best matches of the night. This had to have been at least the 5 or 6 time the McMahons were at eachothers throuats yet still got back together within 4 months. Even though everybody suspects it, a McMahon screw job always shocks people. Overrall a great event and is worth the price of the video.
