Pride FC - Cold Fury 2

Summary: Good, technical exhibition
Review: Cold Fury 2 is a must buy for MMA fans but not for the casual fight fan. There's hardly any fireworks in this DVD. Silva fans might also be a little disappointed, as he fought an overmatched Otsuka who seemed more concerned on surviving than winning. Semmy Schilt's fight was probably the most brutal of the fights. The fights of Ninja Rua and Alan Goes are two examples of world class mixed martial arts,, with the Rua fight involving more strikes and the Goes fight showing more grappling skills. On a funny note, the Rampage Jackson fight against Matsui was an odd one. Listen to the commentators describe Jackson as "relaxed," but any honest observer will not be able to deny that Jackson was high on something coming in to the ring. See it for yourself.
