Rating: Summary: WWF Survivor Series 2001 Review: This Pay per View Event Was Very Good In my Eyes. Some things could have been better, but it was a very soild ppv with a lot of entertaining matches. The DVD has some great "Xtras" like the Sunday Night Heat which was broadcast before the event, a video that showed what lead up to the major matches and much more. the best matches were: The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle for the WWF Title, Rikishi -VS- The Rock, and A Traditional Survivor Match which pitted The Hardyz and The Dudleyz -VS- bull Buchanan, The Goodfather, Edge and Christian. Some of the matches that arent as good are: William Regal -VS- Hardcore Holly For The WWF European Title, Kane -VS- Y2J...amnd thats it. Also see a bloody battle for the WWF Womens title when Lita locks up with Ivory. Another traditonal Survivor Match was Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Chyna, and K-Kwik -VS- The 4 Radicalz. ALSO! In the main event- Austin takes on the man that plotted to run him down last year...TRIPLE H! You wont beleive the ending of that match! The only way to find out is to order it off Amazon.com!
Rating: Summary: Survivor Series was pretty darn good Review: This PPV was not that bad of a show as most people say it was. I thought that it had a good mix of wrestling and entertainment. HEre are a run down of the mates and what I thought of them.1.T&A and Trish Stratus vs. Crash, Molly Holly, Steve Blackman- This match was average, but not great. It got to showcase some of Molly Holly's high flying style. 2.Road Dogg, K-Kwik, Chyna, The One Billy Gunn vs. Radicals- Tradition Survivor Series match. An average match which showed some members of the group DX, go up against the veterans, the Radicals. K-Kwik was impressive in this match. 3.Chris Jericho vs. Kane I thought that this match was great. Both of these men's styles are so different, yet the match itself was awesome. Chris Jericho put on a great match as he always does against the monster Kane. 4.William Regal vs. Hardcore Holly (European Title)- This was the weakest match on the card. Both men were off a little in this bout and the ending was sorry for a PPV. 5.Rikishi vs. Rock- I thought that this match was also very good. Again, two different styles complimenting each other very well. Rikishi showed that he has what it takes to go up against a preformer the lever of The Rock. 6.Ivory vs. Lita (Women's Title) Despite what many people say, I thought that this is one of the best Women's Title matches that I have ever seen. Both women proved that they are worthy of holding the belt. Lita gets a pretty gruesome injury during the match, so if you are squemish around blood, I suggest you turn away from the TV set. 7.Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker (WWF Title)- The best match of the PPV. Both men put it all on the line. Undertaker showed that he was more than just a typical big man and Kurt Angle proved why he is the champ, going toe to toe with the Dead Man. 8.Edge & Christian and Bull Buchanan & Goodfather vs. Hardy Boyz and Dudley Boys- Another Survivor Series match. This one played more of the entertainment aspect of wrestling, especially at the end. 9.Triple H vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin (No Holds Barred) This match was alright, but it could have been better, considering the caliber of these two athletes. This match was mostly a huge brawl and the ending had to be seen to be believed.
Rating: Summary: Great Way To End The Year For The Classic Five Pay Per Views Review: This PPV was very entertaining. The WWF title match was good until a huge screwjob is pulled off and leaves you angry and ticked off at Angle. The Rock match is ok, but some of the actual Survivor Series matches are entertaining as well. But, the main event is awesome. Triple H up against Stone Cold Steve Austin, this match is very good. Austin, although being out of the ring for a year, gives a knock out performance with some funny moments as well.(When HHH is down, Austin sits down on the stairs and drinks a beer. The ref looks at him and Austin yells:"What do you want?! Im thirsty!" Then, the end of the match is probably one of the greatest acts of He(( Raising ever accomplished by the Rattlesnake. What is it? Buy it and find out!
Rating: Summary: Survival of the Fittest! Review: This was the PPV where Rock collided against Rikishi, Undertaker battled Kurt Angle, and Stone Cold Steve Austin destroying Triple H. This wasn't the greatest Survivor Series, but it was much better than Survivor Series 99'. Some of the matches where dull while some where good, my reviews down below. 6-person intergender tag team match T&A and Trish Stratus vs. Steve Blackman, Crash Holly and Molly Holly Good opener with the crowd getting into this match, the women kind of ruined this match. Survivor Series elimination match Radicalz vs. Billy Gunn, Chyna, Road Dogg and K-Kwik Fast paced action, but got slow towards the end. Chris Jericho vs. Kane Okay match, but a little bit boring. Their match at Armageddon was better. WWE European title match William Regal vs. Hardcore Holly Short match, with a terrible ending. Rock vs. Rikishi Great match with a lot of action, pretty short though. WWE Women's title match Lita vs. Ivory Pretty good, but the ending was a DUD. WWE Championship match Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker Long and slow. This was a good match, but Kurt Angle slowed it down too much. Shocking ending though. Survivor Series elimination match Hardy Boyz and Dudley Boyz vs. Edge & Christian and Right To Censor Better than the first elimination match at the beginning of the night with a lot more action and tables! No Disqualification match Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Triple H I was expecting this match to be real quick and with Austin beating the hell out of HHH, but instead this match turned out to be kind of slow. These two have had better matches and this wasn't it. The ending is pretty crazy. So there you have it, this was an okay Survivor Series with a couple of good matches and some dull matches. Check out Survivor Series 2001.
Rating: Summary: WWF SURVIVOR SERIES 2000 Review: THIS WAS WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUGHT THE BEST WWF PAY-PER-VIEW OF ALL TIME. THIS SHOULD CLEARLY B A SIX STAR EVENT. THERE WERE THREE OUSTANDING MATCHES IN THIS EVENT. THE FIRST WAS THE WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH BETWEEN KURT ANGLE AND THE UNDERTAKER. THE ROCK VS. RIKISHI WAS EVEN BETTER THEN THE ANGLE/UNDERTAKER MATCH. THE BEST MATCH OF THE NIGHT WAS THE MATCH BETWEEN STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN AND TRIPLE H. THE ENDING TO THAT MATCH WAS UNBELIEVABLE.THE OTHER SIX MATCHES WERE PRETTY GOOD TOO. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST WWF PAY-PER-VIEW OF THE YEAR 2000 AND POSIBLY THE BEST OF ALL TIME. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS ONE.

Rating: Summary: WWF SURVIVOR SERIES 2000 Review: THIS WWF PPV WAS THE BEST PPVS OF ALL TIME. THERE WERE THREE SPECTACULAR MATCHES. FIRST, THE UNDERTAKER WAS DEFEATED BY KURT ANGLE IN A VERY EXCITING WWF CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH. THEN THE ROCK DEAFETED RIKISHI IN A VERY EMOTIONLY CHARGED MATCH. THE BEST MATCH WAS THE STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN VS. TRIPLE H MATCH. THE MATCH ENDED IN A NO CONTEST, BUT IF I HAD TO PICK ONE MATCH TO BE THE ALL TIME BEST MATCH IT WOULD HAVE TO BE THAT ONE. THERE WAS NOT ONE DULL MOMENT. THE OTHER SIX MATCHES WERE BORING, BUT THE PPV GETS FIVE STARS JUST FOR THOSE THREE MATCHES. GET THE WWF SURVIVOR SERIES 2000 FOR DVD OR VHS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON THIS ONE.
Rating: Summary: The 14th annual Survivor Series Review: Well, I guess you could say this is a vast improvment over the 1999 Survivor Series. Here we have the epic fallout between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H; as well as the rivalry of Rikishi and The Rock. The entire event revolves around this particular storyline, and the anticipation for Austin to get his hands on Triple H is phenomenal. Leading up to this event, we find out it was Rikishi behind the wheel, and Triple H was the mastermind behind the conspiracy. Don't get me wrong, this is an amazing event, it's just that the WWF seem to only be concentrating on these rivalries, and I would like to have five minutes without hearing what Stone Cold is going to do to Triple H. All the other matches seem to just fill the card until the main event. Still, it's an extremely entertaining event, and I would definately recommend it if you are a fan of the "annual screwjob" Survivor Series pay-per-view.
Rating: Summary: WWF Survivor Series 2000 Review: When you think of the WWF Survivor Series 2 names come to mind. Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels. Well that is old news and I am tired of hearing about it. Here is my review of the 2000 Survivor Series. Opening match- T & A and Trish Stratus vs. Crash & Molly Holly and Steve Blackman- this was basically a raw or smackdown match, decent opener. It gets *1/2. 2nd, Chyna, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg & K-Kwik vs. Radicalz- this was better than the 1st match but nothing special, **. 3rd, Chris Jericho vs. Kane- match was better than I expected, both guys really tried here. There is just too big of a contrast of styles with these two, **1/4. 4th, William Regal vs. Hardcore Holly for the European title- too many submission holds from Regal really makes this a boring match, *1/2. 5th, Rikishi vs. The Rock- surprisingly good match here, can't complain with this, ***1/4. 6th, Ivory vs. Lita for the Women's title- Lita gets busted wide open via Ivory's right hand. Nothing to see here, 1/4*. 7th, Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle for the WWF title- this match was alot better than their match at Fully Loaded. Great effort from both, ***. 8th, Edge & Christian and Bull Buchanan & Goodfather vs. Dudley Boyz & Hardy Boyz- match was a little rushed, it could have been better, *3/4. Main event- Triple H vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin- there is alot of mixed feelings about this match. I personally liked the match, but hated the ending. The ending takes so much away from the match. It gets **1/2 from me. Overall the show wasn't bad, it just wasn't that great with any standout matches. It is reccomended from me for a piece of HHH-Austin history.
Rating: Summary: WWE Survivor Series 2000 Review: WWE Survivor Series 2000 was a very dissapointing event. The main matches failed to deliver, and there was little on the undercard that was worth watching. There are some decent matches, but overall this event could of been much better. There are few titles on the line, and just not a whole lot of excitement at this event. It was built around an epic feud between Stone Cold and Triple H over the who ran over Stone Cold? mystery, where Triple H was revealed as the one who ordered Rikishi to do it. They settle there differences in a boring match, which sees Austin just sqaushing HHH. Rikishi is also involved, feuding with the Rock which culminates in another shoddy bout. Kurt Angle defending his WWE title against the Undertaker is the only decent main event outing, and that was not really that good. I will review each match and rate it out of five (*****): T & A and Trish vs. Crash, Steve Blackman and Molly Holly: Energetic opener with good wrestling from the chicks. Parts are somewhat sloppy though, and it dragged whenever Albert was in. **3/4 Survivor Series Elimination Match - Chyna, K Kwik, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn vs. The Radicalz (with Terri): Another good match with excellent grappling from Chris Benoit. The finsih is very stupid though, and Billy Gunns tedious brawling dragged it down a notch. *** Kane vs. Chris Jericho: Very tedious, as many expected in this match. Kane did not sell much for Jericho, and the action was not particularly attention grabbing, although it picked up a bit near the end. *3/4 European Championship - Hardcore Holly vs. William Regal: Awful would describe this. All it was was Regal beating up Hardcores injured arm and the finish is pathetic, which seemed to be the trend this evening. At least this was short. 3/4* The Rock vs. Rikishi: Slow and sloppy would be a good way to describe this. The Rock is awesome, but Rikishi is awful and dragged this bout down to his level. The crowd were not really into this either. **1/4 Womens Championship - Ivory vs. Lita: Ok match, nothing special. Basic womens action although Lita gets a nasty cut above her eye just seconds into the match, and although bleeding profusely, manages to finish the brawl. Another screwjob finish. **1/2 WWE World Championship - Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle: Match of the night, as Kurt can get a good match out of anyone. The Edge and Christian interference if unnecessary, and this match has yet another screwjob finish. ***1/2 Survivor Series Elimination Match - Hardy Boyz and Dudley Boyz vs. Right to Censor: Pretty good overall, although the elimination have no build up and are very sudden. Still, better than most of the other stuff attempted on this tape. ***1/4 Stone Cold vs. Triple H: This had potential to be a match of the year candidate. It was not. All it consisted of was Stone Cold throwing HHH around like a rag doll, and the finish is extremely anticlimatic, and tops off a dull event. **1/4 Overall, I did not enjoy this. The wrestling was sub-par, the finishes ..., the wrestling was sloppy, overall just not particularly enjoyable. I would reccomend renting perhaps, but do not buy unless you really must. I made that mistake. It does however have some good action, which pulls the rating up a notch. Final Rating - Three Stars (***)
