Review: This is a great high quality DVD loaded with over 90 minutes of valuable boxing instruction covering all aspects of the sport from the fundamentals to choosing the proper equipment. Chris Getz is a very knowledgable and articulate coach who definetly knows his stuff. As an intermediate practitioner the techniques and tips presented have really helped me improve my skills. Coach Getz demonstration of how to develop more punching power has really improved my hitting power and accuracy. I plan on purchasing more boxing DVDs by coach Getz and highly recommend his instruction to anyone wanting to learn the true sport of boxing. Great value and well worth the money.
