Review: As usual, I watched this all the way through before doing the video. I thought it was a little funny, but here is my review. I really think that if you do not know anything about pilates you should not pick this dvd because you might run through some of the poses without the proper positioning. I was hurting a little the next day in the abs department. Yoga doesn't work abs quite the same.
