Summary: Could Have Been MUCH better
Review: I was very disapointed. THe first Buried Alive Match with Mankind and Undertaker was way better than this one. It is worth renting but not worth buying. The Rock and Mankind could have done a way better job. It was too unrealistic with Austin bringing out the machine and undertaker waiting in the grave while Austin was trying to get the dirt in. It had great potential, but it stunk.

Review: If your looking for fueds, double crosses, action and stomping you need to get this video and the buried alive match between Undertaker and Austin was classic so you need to get this video.

Summary: Rockin' PPV!
Review: One of the better PPV's the WWF put out in 1998. This tape has a great Steve Blackman - Owen Hart match and the two main events of Rock-Mankind and Austin-Taker are excellent brawls too. Also, a striptease match and the Bossman/Shamrock vs. NAO tag team title match. A good tape to get if you have never seen it.

Review: Rock Bottom had a terrible undercard.Let me rate it. 1.val venis and Godfather vs.Dlo' and Mark Henry.This match I gave a70 . Barely passing for slow action. 2. Oddities vs. headbangers. I gave it a 85 for a pretty o.k.match. 3. blackman vs. owen hart. 97 for an exellent match. 4. 8 mn tag. 90 for an o.k. match. 5.goldust vs. j. jarrett.it waz kinda short , but 80 for the match. i gave the after part a 90 becuase of the stupid blue blazer. 6. boss man and shamrock vs. outlaws. i gave this mocoire(mo-cure-ri)boring 20 mintes snooze a 0 for slowness , boringness, the list goes on forever! 7.rock vs. mankind. acully this match waz quit alright. 95 for a tiny slow part. 8. buried alive:undertaker vs. austin. 100 for this incredible war!you'll love this match!

Review: Rock Bottom had the best buired alive match in a long time, it was one of Austin and Taker's finest, as far as the rest of it, it was mild, Rock vs. Mankind was decent, but one of the best. Overall it's worth seeing and renting, but as far as the best pick of '98 goes, it's hard to top the '98 king of the ring Taker vs. Mankind "hell in a cell" matchBut still better than any old rasslin wcw tape

Summary: WWF In Your House 26 - Rock Bottom
Review: Rock Bottom was an appropriate title for this WWF event. IYH 26 was was a pretty lousy card and, judging by most customer reviews, extremely overrated as well. In a full run-down of the matches... Val Venis teamed with The Godfather to take on D-Lo Brown and Mark Henry in a boring opener, Golga and Kurrgan of The Oddities faced The Headbangers in a predictably dire contest, Owen Hart tangled with Steve Blackman in a decent bout, Al Snow, 2 Cold Scorpio and Bob Holly took on The Brood in the match of the night, Goldust defeated Jeff Jarrett in a match that resulted in Debra stripping to her undies, The New Age Outlaws defended their tag titles against The Big Bossman and Ken Shamrock in a yawner, World Champ The Rock defended his gold against Mankind in a good match (but one with a terrible finish) and in the main event, Steve Austin tangled with The Undertaker in a poor 'Buried Alive' match. This tape may be worth renting, but I don't recommend buying it. Save your cash for something better.
