Summary: nWo Back in Black
Review: This DVD is perfect for any wrestling fan. With Hogan, Razor, and Diesel in the early WWE years, how/why they left the WWE, and then coming on seen in the old WCW as Hollywood, Hall, and Nash. This DVD has got it all, the only thing that I did not like was the fact that they cut out about two years of WCW stuff and just went to them coming on seen in the WWE. Some more highlights of them raising hell in the WCW would have been cool man. The Hollywood, Hall, and Nash interviews during the DVD are good. The extras are good. You get four full extra matches.

1. BASH AT THE BEACH 1996-SCOTT HALL & KEVIN NASH V. STING, RANDY SAVAGE & LEX LUGER-WCW **** Enter Hollywood

2. FALL BRAWL 1996-WARGAMES-SCOTT HALL, KEVIN NASH, HULK HOGAN, THE NWO STING V. ARN ANDERSON, LEX LUGER, RIC FLAIR & STING-WCW ***

3. STARRCADE 1998-KEVIN NASH V. GOLDBERG-WCW *****
GOLDBERG'S 173-0 record as well as his WCW Title on the line

4. RAW 2002-HULK HOGAN, KEVIN NASH & SCOTT HALL V. THE ROCK & STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN-WWE *****

All in all I give this DVD a 10.

Review: This DVD is really worth the money, it is a great buy. I was kind of hesitant in getting it, but I dn't regret it. It shows the nWo from beginning to now, however there is a long skip from late 96- wwe 2002. The bonus matches are great too, all in their entirety, Featuring, War Games 96, "The Hostile Takeover," Goldberg/Nash, and the Raw match vs Austin/ Rock. I really reccomend this DVD.

Summary: nWo Leaking poison!
Review: this dvd is worth it- it talks about the history of HALL-HOGAN& NASH and it shows when the nwo first formed clear until after wrestlemania X8-the dvd has some good extras involving alot of wCw matches. It also includes "4" hidden videos of the 3 nWo promos from when they first showed up at No Way Out and a long video of the nwo talking about why they formed-overall its very interesting-you should get that!

Summary: NWO Back In Black- Better on DVD
Review: This has no extra features or matches but this 84 minute documentary with interviews and clipped matches tells the story of how the NWo started with two outsiders from the wwf went to wcw and pretty much destroyed it. Then it shows how more people joined: Hulk Hogan, Big Show, X-Pac, Fake Sting, all of them. It also shows how they came to the wwf and tried to destroy it. The movie leads up to when Hulk Hogan betrayed the NWO. It also shows the back story for each of the members. It is a pretty good documentary but not as good as Beyond The Mat. You should definitly buy the DVD, but still buy the movie for the movie.

Summary: A bit inacurate, but an enjoyable DVD.
Review: Well, I really enjoyed the beginning part of the DVD when they focus on the WCW-nWo war. I didn't get into wrestling until 1998, so it is nice to look back on what I missed. The DVD goes bad once the focus shifts to the WWF invasion of the nWo. They focus to much time on this, rather than devoting more to the WCW days. Plus, it just reminds me of how Vince really droped the ball on this angle. If you enjoy the nWo or want to reminice, you should rent the DVD. If not, don't even bother.

Review: When i heard this DVD was being released i was watering at the mouth.Being a wrestling fan in the UK means u get loads of WWE and very little WCW (R.I.P) OR ECW (R.I.P.Not that is a bad thing espically during 1998 and 1999 when the wwe was at it's creative best. But u got very little WCW..u got Nitro and Thunder but that was it no P-P-V'S or Videos. So we didn't get 2 c very much of the best of the best creative angle in history. So when i heard the wwe was releasinga nWo dvd i was excited as soon as i plyed it i was left short....i was hopeing 4 a detailed account from Bash At The Beach 1996 all the way 2 The new nWo 2000 faction (jarret, hart, nash, hall etc) but all i got was 1996 thats it,instead they skipped 2 the feble wwe nWo.Very dissapointed!!!!!!!!!!!1

Summary: Where's the WCW nWo?
Review: Yes it is that cut up and bad. People said that its good at the beginning than it goes to WWE, well its true. Well heres my review:

Intro of nWo: nice video

Hogan Footage: great stuff

Hall then Nash Footage: pretty good stuff so far

Then they show msg then Hall's 1st appearance on Nitro then with nash on and some more footage heading up to Bash on the Beach 1996. about 3 min highlights of the match but the post match speech is the best part of the match i loved it with Hogan's hell turn. They also show a fat guy trying to get in the ring but gets nailed by Hall and Nash and Security. Pretty funny.

Then they show some footage of nWo attacking guys like Sting,Bagwell,Mysterio,Luger etc...

then Hog Wild 96 where Hogan wins the WCW title from the Giant and spray paints it black with nWo letters.

Then some great footage of Nitro but then..

it forwards all the way to Feb.2002!!!! What the ??? where did the rest of the nWo go and the split into red and black and white and black?!?! and the reconciliation of the two?

Then they show their return at NWO 2001 and the Rock - Hogan thing the next night on RAW.Then footage of beating up a guy with a austing shirt and a coffe checker and Spike Dudley. Then theres Rock vs. Hall. and then a Hall-Austin video package for Wrestlemania X8, then clips of the match then next is the Rock - Hogan video package feud and clips of the match. Then the next night on RAW is shown (which was in Montreal that i attended) anyways where hogan comes good and i guess the rock forgets what Hogan did to him by the belts to the back, the beatingsmthe hammer to the head, the semi ramming into his ambulance etc... Anyways then it goes to Smackdown with Nash vs. Rock where X-Pac comes back.

Then done.

Overall: I was really happy that a video had WCW and WWF/WWE footage but for nWo which should have been like 70 min wcw and 34 min wwe but instead it was about 40 min wcw and the rest WWE. If u want a pretty good nWo recap get Kevin Nash Outsider.

Highest Recommendation for Rent
whatever recommendation for buy.
but definitely worth watching.
