Summary: Dude! Where's the beef!
Review: Watching him play is great. He has some valuable lessons to impart. I could do without the bar scene, but on the other hand, it does depict his joy in drumming. The section on exercises and vegetarianism can be left to another DVD....dude! Like, I don't need to know, like, how you have the BocaBurger thing happening.
I did learn a few tricks and gather a few tips from the tunes.
It's not real Zen. It's not even close. The Zen of Guitar?...
