Summary: Quick and Effective Workout
Review: I recently had a baby and was looking for a quick fix to my abdominal workout. This DVD is wonderful. The workouts are quick and you are able to pick your level and work at your own speed. Tamilee does a great job and keeping you at pace and supporting you. I highly recommend this video!

Summary: Great, quick workout
Review: This video is fabulous. Tamilee does a great job explaining the various exercises, and is encouraging whenever I seem to need it most. I feel like i've gotten results with this video very quickly. (I've gone from a 6 to a 2, yay!) I've only done the level 1 workouts so far, but for me, that's enough. The only downside about this video is that the background music is somewhat annoying, but on the DVD you can turn off the music, and just have the instructors voice, and put on your own cd.

Review: This DVD is a great one to add to your collection. I love that I can pick and choose which 15 minute workouts I want to do and in what order I want to do them in. Also, this workout is still challenging even when you've done it for a while. I've had it for months and still find myself a little sore each time I do it.

Summary: Getting back in the groove....
Review: I've never written a review before, but I had to make time to share how great this DVD is. I'd fallen out of practice working out and felt very out of shape. First of all, the DVD offers six 15 minute workouts. I've been doing it every day for two weeks and feel great and can see the difference already! I LOVE the option of a 15 minute workout when time is a factor. Ms. Webb is not annoying and her comments really help you understand how to do the workout correctly. I recommend this DVD to anyone.

Summary: LOOOOOVE THIS DVD!!
Review: this is the first review i've ever written, so that should tell you that i think this DVD is awesome. i'm still not bored with it and have been doing it every day during the week for about two months now. i have great results and she's never annoying. she is a straight shooter and challenges you during the workouts. she even tells you how she's feeling so you don't think you're the only one with screaming muscles. anyway, i just love this and have recommended it to everyone that asks about working out or toning....

Summary: good options/good work out
Review: OK - I never write reviews unless I feel something deserves merit. This has been outstanding for me since I am stuck at home while my 20 month old naps - I get a good work out and can decide to just do abs or arms or buns - and maybe do some cardio or a yoga session as well instead of doing all Tamilee each time. It is presented clearly and seems to have resolved the problem of how to get a good work out without leaving the house ( I am a power walker and yoga person but could never get out for walks w/ job and baby schedules!) ... I will try other videos now - I had never believed in them before.

Summary: Fast Results!
Review: It's fast and easy! Tamilee keeps it simple and thinkgs start to look tighter after the first week if excercises are done at least 3 times. This DVD goes great with Tighter Assests: Weight Loss. I love it and I'm getting a firmer body.

Summary: Tamilee Is A Great Instructor!
Review: I bought this DVD never having seen a Tamilee Webb video before. She's really very good. After using this DVD several times, I still don't find her annoying at all. The instruction is very easy to follow, and the exercises she chose are REALLY effective. I find the ab workouts kind of hard because I need a lot of neck support, but the arms and buns are just FANTASTIC! I would definitely recommend this DVD.
