Summary: THE TITLE SAYS IT ALL!!
Review: I am not usually a fan of exercise videos because I feel like they never work! However, this has changed my mind! I was doing it for about a month off and on before I bought it and now I do it everyday. I can't believe the changes I am seeing in my abs! The one thing I would say is I don't care for the warmups so I usually do my own cardio for about 10min. Like riding my recumbent bike and some stretches. I am a 26yr old male so if your a guy don't worry this is not too corny and it really works!

Summary: Abs section is good; Buns only okay
Review: I enjoy working out to the Abs section of this DVD; there are 3 separate 15-minutes sets of excercises for the Abs section and I find the 2nd set to be the hardest, but it is doable. I like that Tamilee designed these sets to make you use your abdominal muscles without the aid of additional equipment (the only excercise equipment you need is an excercise mat). They seem simple but they are effective. I like that Tamilee isn't annoying and doesn't act cutesy. I like that Tamilee stresses that this is not a balanced workout and reminds her viewers to get cardio excercises in, too. She does, however, miscount some of her reps on this DVD. I don't think that the Buns excercises on this DVD are great. There are 3 seperate 15-minutes sets of excercises for buns. You can use a step to exercise to the Buns exercises if you want, but it isn't an absolute requirement (they can be done without the step or any other equipment). I found some of the Buns exercise positions to be awkward and to require good balancing on primarily one leg. Maybe I was expecting more out of it, since it's titled Buns of Steel and I don't think that the Buns excercises would make my buns like steel. I think that they would just tone the buns.

Summary: Leisa Hart is better in the "STEEL" videos than Tammylee
Review: i really try and like this lady tammylee but she is not ideal for a woman like me to try and look like, her booty is too round and seems like she has a big booty complex....she has some great moves and does some fun work, but Leisa Hart, the instuctor on several other "STEEL" videos seems more enjoyable and likable...nothing against Tammilee, but this video set didn't do it for me.

Summary: To the point and worth it.
Review: I'm a dude and was only interested in getting right to the abs, wihtout the fluff and without the care to "fastforward" using a VHS. I'm already fit and just needed an extra "side" to get me motivated to do the abs more.

Pros: Good 15 minute workout. I recommend recording the DVD audio to tape/CD/Mini-Disk (one that you use in the gym) and listen to it while doing your abs on the floor. Great way to focus on the abs and to focus your attention. 3 workouts which get progressively harder. (I don't watch the buns.)

Cons: The DVD's audio is not properly leveled. You'll notice its volume levels rising and falling in some areas. She get's 4 stars for it!! Not to mention she goofed on the count in one of the excercises. (Where was the editing crew?!)

Summary: Tamilee Does it Again!
Review: Maybe I'm biased because I own most of the "Buns, Arms, Abs, Legs, etc. of Steel" videos and then got hooked on the "I Want that Body" workout but the "Quick Toning - Abs & Buns of Steel" is another hit.

There are three 10 minute abs workouts that include a decent 4 minute warm up and a quick 3 minute cool down for a total 17 minute workout. This is great for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time for a workout but needs results. I've been working out for most of my life and couldn't believe the burn that I felt from some of the new ab moves. This is a great way to keep those muscles challenged.

The bun workout is the same format as the abs and has equally wonderful warm ups, excersizes and cool downs.

One other nice quality of this video is that the video goes almost immediately from the FBI warning to the menu. No long introduction that shows all of the sponsors' logos.

I did at least one section of this video a day and ate a healty diet and I noticed a difference.

Summary: Okay video
Review: Tamilee Webb is very focused throughout this workout. There are 3 ab exercises and 3 bun exercises. Different workouts with maximum results. If you are a fan of her I Want That Body DVD, which is top notch for ab and arm workouts, you will not be disappointed. She reiterates about the importance of taking care of your body, performing cardio exercises and addressing the other parts of your body that is not addressed in this DVD. If you are looking for cardio, get Billy Blanks, this is not a cardio workout. It is a focused workout for specific muscle groups, listed above. Finally, there are plenty of bogus DVD workouts on the market, this is not one of them.

Summary: Disappointing
Review: The ab portion of the DVD is good, although I fast forward through the warm ups and skip the cool downs altogether. The buns workout is not challenging enough except for the first set. The last one is a step-type exercise so if you don't have something you can step up on, you can't do it. The DVD itself is not very professionally done. Tamilee miscounts, doesn't look at the correct camera when speaking to the audience and often fumbles her words. Abs of steel maybe, buns of steel, no way.
