Summary: Great workout, easy to learn and good price
Review: I love this set of workout DVD's!

I just found out in the past few months that I have hypothryoidism... I suffered from fatigue, bursts of weight gain and the general feeling of crappiness (lol). I needed something low impact, easy to learn and fun to do. Something to pick up my energy. This DVD set works for me.

(I really doubt I'll pitch this one in the pile of workout videos I have. I never had the patience, nor the dance training it must take to learn all those fancy moves. lol I can live without that frustration.)

Summary: Great program!
Review: This DVD should be called "Low-impact Aerobics for Normal, Uncoordinated People." I love it! For the average person who gets frustrated with workout tapes that require you to memorize complicated moves and routines, this is a perfect solution. I really enjoy the 2-mile workout and have added ankle weights recently to make it a little tougher.
My only complaint would be in regard to the 3-mile walk. Leslie makes a couple of comments about God and being blessed and that type of thing, which I feel is inappropriate in a workout video. Other than that, the program is fantastic. The people working out with Leslie really add to the workout and are easy to follow. If you don't have her special weights, you can use any 1-pound hand weights (hers are expensive).

Summary: I enjoyed this DVD
Review: This is a great workout if you are not looking for anything too intense. The miles go by really quickly. This workout is perfect for mid-range exersion levels. They use special water ball weights in the video but I substituted my own handweights without a problem. This is a perfect addition to your collection for mixing things up with a little lighter workout.

Review: I love this workout. I have am really out of shape so even the 1 mile workout was trying for me. I have only been doing these workouts for the last 4 days, but I swear my legs and thighs feel smaller. I feel like I have a lot more energy, and I've been sleeping like a baby.

Summary: Walk Away the Pounds Super Fat Burning + Get Up and Get Star
Review: This DVD is so easy and really works your muscles. I was a couch potato but now I actually feel guilty if I miss one day. Leslie is so motivational, there are no facny steps to make you get lost, she tells you right at the start "If I go left and you go right, that is ok as long as you keep moving". I would recommend this video to any one wanting to loose weight. It's great and it really works!!!!

Summary: Good for a rainy day or light workout
Review: I wasn't that impressed with this, even after reading others reviews BEFORE I bought it.

It is good if you can't get out to walk or if you just want a LIGHT workout or if you are a beginner. I walk every day and alternate days doing step aerobics and I just didn't feel like I did anything after doing these videos. I guess my own personal walks are just more intense than these videos.

I will probably enjoy these IN ADDITION to my own workouts to have multiple workouts in a day, but just to do these is not enough for my personal taste.

Summary: A Fun and Invigarting Workout
Review: This is a great workout! I love it! My roommate and I started out with the 1 and 2-mile walk and quickly went on to buy the 3-mile walk. We have never been much of exercisers but this workout is really easy to follow and stick with. Although Leslie is a little "chatty" she makes the walk go by so quickly. Before you know it you are done. The video is easy to adjust to fit you. I would recommend this video to anyone who wants to loose some weight and also stay/get in shape.

Summary: Feel the burn
Review: I don't enjoy exercising. At all. None. It's my least favorite thing to do. But this DVD almost makes it fun. It's a very easy workout to follow along with, and it doesn't last too terribly long. I agree with other reviewers that Lesley is a little chatty, but she's not that bad, and you can tune it out after a few workouts.

I've been doing the 1- and 2-mile workouts for almost 3 weeks now. I haven't lost much weight yet, but I have noticed an increase in my energy level and a slight difference in my muscle tone. I'm hoping to move up to the 3-mile workout in the next week or so.

It's a miracle that I've stuck with it for this long--and that says a lot about this video!

Summary: Good walking workout but bring your own weights
Review: I was really happy to find Leslie on DVD. The programs are good quality and the steps are simple. Leslie seems down-to-earth and motivating. She also has participants in the workout using no weights or limited range movements with weights. The workouts fly by and I love the on screen "mile marker" that lets you know how much time you have left. Leslie includes warm up, cool down and a very light stretc... When I called the number on the flyer I got clueless people on the other end and a big run around. They wouldn't honor the deal so I bought some 3 pound weights locally. This did put a bad taste in my mouth, but Leslie's program is quality.

Summary: I LOVE THIS TAPE!
Review: I hate to exercise but force myself to due to health problems. I don't mind walking so much but there are no sidewalks around my house, the gym is a whole 10 minutes away, etc. Now I don't have an excuse not to walk. I even do it in my PJ's. The 1 mile and even 2 mile walk flies by! It feels like I'm getting a workout without being too strenuous. I will definitley buy additional DVD's from this series when they come out!
