Summary: Similar to Left Behind
Review: This film is about the Rapture and what the world will be like after that has happened. It focuses on characters, like Helen Hannah, who were not believers but began to reevaluate their faith once they realize events are following biblical prophecy.

Like "Left Behind," this movie has a charismatic leader come from eastern Europe and has a famous reporter as a major character. All other comparisons with "Left Behind" can be attributed to the Book of Revelation.

This is an inspiring movie. Seeing what the characters go through will create an interest in what has been predicted about the end of times.

Summary: Excellent Christian Film
Review: This film is the first in a series popularly known as the apocalypse series.

It chronicles the Rapture and and the rise of the Antichrist. It shows how the Antichrist will be a great deciever and that he will decieve billions of people. It ends with the Martyrdom of new Christians.

This film shows us what will happen in the near future as it has been predicted in the Bible.

It is a low-budget film but is important to note the film's message and plot rather than its special effects and acting.

Summary: A Great Start to the Series!!!
Review: This film was the first in the series of those to follow, where it tracks the Biblical prophecies of the "End Times," and in particular the Rapture and the immediately-following Tribulation period. In this first film we are introduced to Helen Hannah, played remarkably well by Leigh Lewis, and her co-anchor Bronson Pearl, played equally well by Richard Nester, and we watch with almost riveting accuracy, as the events foretold thousands of years ago unfold before our eyes.

Army after army descends into the valley of Armageddon in Central Israel, and then millions of people vanish, and it's a media event unlike any in history, with the entire world glued to their TV sets. At that very moment, a charismatic leader arises and performs a miracle of astounding dimensions, that the rest of the world believes he is the long-awaited Messiah.

Only Bronson Pearl and Helen Hannah, the co-anchors of World News Network (WNN), are in a position to uncover the truth, and as Helen begins to uncover the true identity of this great leader, she is torn between her love for Bronson and her new-found understanding about Christ and the Anti-christ. And with global forces in hot pursuit, there's only one chance to warn the world as it rushes headlong into the Apocalypse.

This was an interesting film, and the footage which it uses to show the "around the world" minute by minute breaking news was astounding and very relative to the world we all live in. There has yet to be installed, though, an intriguing piece of technology, which is super-screens, which sit on top of tall buildings in every city in the globe in order to broadcast the news. This was prominent in the movie, and it worked well when used by the Anti-Christ to address the world. It is highly possible that this technology is yet to be revealed, and the instant news and other events could be transmitted within seconds to every area of the world.

This is a great film, and an important introduction to the following three films of the same story. I'm just waiting for the next installment, and I hope it comes out soon.

Summary: A Chilling Movie!
Review: This is one of the scariest films I have ever seen! It is all the more remarkable because everything that happened in this movie, although fiction now, will one day be a reality. The acting is superb. The music is awesome. The plot and storyline are great. If you are a Christian, or prophecy is an interesting subject for you, you will need this film. It is Biblically accurate in every aspect. It will change your life. Count On It! Grade: A+.

Summary: Apocalypse Soon?!
Review: This is the first of the 4 films based on the Book of Revelation and takes the viewer on a roller coaster of emotions from nail-biting tension right through to sadness! The world seems to be racing towards a nuclear holocaust and 2 sweethearts are caught in the middle of the whole mess! Bronson Pearl, a popular US news anchor, is reporting the countdown to World War 3 in the Middle East while his girlfriend Helen Hannah, also a news anchor, reports the events from the US. Suddenly, just as the buttons are pressed, the weapons disappear as do millions of people from all around the world including Helen's grandmother. What do all the lost people have in common? Why have they been taken and others left behind? Who is this strange man who claims to be God? Is he who he says he is? The 2 lovers, when reunited, have to search for the answers that could put their lives on the line and decide their eternal destinies. Helen finds out the truth about the charismatic world leader but can she convince the man she loves? The film ends in tragedy but courage and love ultimately triumph over the forces of evil.

Summary: cloud ten pictures rocks my world!
Review: this is the next installment of the apocalypse movie series. it follows helen hannah and her lawyer (corbin bernsen) through her trial. you may recall in the end of tribulation that it seemed as if helen dies. well, she doesn't. instead satan spares her and decides that she will make a better example by putting her on trial. instead her lawyer decides to put God on trial. recurring performances by willie spino (helen's brother) and selma (miriam carvel) are excellent!

this is a very well done movie - kudos to cloud ten pictures!

Summary: Excellent movie for non-belivers and believers alike
Review: This movie gives a very clear picture of the rapture and the events to follow afterwards.
Although the acting is a little lackluster, you don't even notice it because the story is so enthraling.
I would recommend this movie to anyone, especially if your faith is wavering and you need a visiual picture of the things to come.

Summary: Average
Review: This movie is the first of what is currently a four-part series about the rapture and ensuing tribulation that includes Apocalypse, Revelation, Tribulation, and Judgement. Each movie has gotten progressively better. Apocalypse is decent but has some problems with the scriptwriters simply not thinking. For example, even though the rapture is supposed to be a surprise, the main character's grandmother has time to write a going away note. Also, the antichrist is indwelled by the devil before the rapture occurs, despite the fact that Jesus said only God knows when the rapture will be.

I strongly suggest adding the whole series to your library - all four movies are very useful for witnessing to others.

Summary: WAKE-UP CALL!
Review: This movie was great! We watched it with our kids who are teenagers and they loved it. As a matter of fact they enjoyed it so much, the private school they attend showed it to the students! I would suggest getting this movie to show Sunday School Classes, Youth Groups, etc. The movie is scripturally sound, and really wakes you up to the very near return of Jesus Christ. I would suggest it not only to Christians, but non-believers also. It is a great eye-opener! The acting is great and the music is marvelous! We really really enjoyed this one.
