Summary: A Lot Of Spaced-Out Fun
Review: This is one of the best entries in the Godzilla series, and until 2002's magnificent "GMK", was probably the best sequel since 1964's "Mothra vs. Godzilla". It also is the only entry in the original series to feature an American Oscar-nominated actor in the original version (unlike Raymond Burr, who was added in later for the Americanized "Gojira": "Godzilla, King Of The Monsters"). As the fiery Astronaut Glenn, the late Nick Adams clearly is having a blast alongside kaiju movie veterans Akira Takarada and Kumi Mizuno. Mizuno is particularly effective as the alien spy Namikawa, who is torn between her alien programming and her love for Adams. The plot is full of holes, but with Eiji Tsubaraya's wildly surreal SFX, who cares? Basically, aliens from the mysterious Planet X ask the Earth for permission to borrow Godzilla and Rodan to battle King Ghidorah in space. Of course, the joke's on us when the aliens take control of the three monsters and unleash them on Japan. This movie is immensely entertaining and imaginative, much more so than most of the CGI-heavy sci-fi flicks of today (are you listening, Devlin and Emmerich?). A must-have for any Godzilla or science-fiction fan.

Summary: Probably the best Godzilla movie of the series
Review: This one ranks up with other godzilla movies like Godzilla vs Mothra and King of all Monsters. If you like the Godzilla movies with aliens trying to take over the earth, you'll like this. It does get a little stupid when Nick adams pistol gets shot and it turns red.

Summary: good monster fun
Review: overall a good godzilla flick as godzilla and rodan go at it with ghidrah on planet x. later the 3 monsters attack tokyo who are controlled by the invaders. as usual the acting and diolauge is comical. watch godzilla do a victory dance after the first encounter with ghidrah on planet x.

Summary: why no subtitles ?
Review: I would give this film 5 stars, however the DVD only rates 3 because of its lack of a subtitles option . Of the recent releases of Godzilla films on DVD I have found none which give you the option of switching to the original soundtrack . Come on guys, we have the technology, stop being lazy ! If anyone knows where I can obtain subtitled Godzilla DVD's please tell me .

Summary: funkalicious!
Review: if you love godzilla for what he is, this is the package for you. the titles included in this set are: godzilla: king of monsters, godzilla vs. mothra, godzilla vs. monster zero, godzilla's revenge, and terror of mechagodzilla. all these and extra fancy monkeyjunk like screensavers, trivia, and galleries for under 50 bucks? that's a (PUN ALERT!!) monster of a deal! what's keeping this from being five stars? unfortunatly, there's a little foible in terror of mechagodzilla. for some dumb reason, the manufacturers (spellcheck) forgot the audio for the final battle. i checked with amazon, and they say that it's the manufacture problem, and they're doing everything they can to get get it fixed. so unless you HAVE to get the awesome-possum audio, or you're too lazy to make up the sound effects, this is a great set of dvds. and hopefully the audio will be fixed and i'll give it five stars.

Summary: The Best Godzilla Film ever!
Review: The ultimate, surreal Godzilla film ever. I own this DVD version and I don't even have a player! A must have. It looks so "now" and and an obvious influence on "Mars Attacks". I've seen this film about 50 times - and I can proudly say, I get more stupid every time. If you have'nt seen it, you have'nt lived!

Summary: BEST GODZILLA MOVIE EVER!
Review: This is THE ultimate Godzilla movie!Great acting,Great battle scenes, and a great plot! The corny special effects and wierd costumes only add to the movie by adding comedy!Even better that the original.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: WAY better than prequel!
Review: This sequel to Ghidrah the Three Headed Monster totally blows away the first Ghidrah movie. Ghidrah kicks in this film. A little corny in a few spots, but overall, this movie rules and is one of the highlights of the original series. Good plot, wonderful acting, great dialogue, good effects, and a considerable amount of action and monsters. Wonderful!

Summary: One of the best Godzilla films.
Review: Aliens on a previously unknown planet in the solar system want to borrow Godzilla and Rodan in order to deal with Ghidorah, who has been terrorising their world, in return for a drug which can cure all diseases. But the aliens turn out to be not quite as friendly as they seem.

One of the best of the Godzilla films. The monster sequences are good, there are plenty of interesting characters and the theme involving the 'previously unknown world beyond Jupiter' must have been nicely topical (Chiron, which turned out to be a large asteroid but which was at first considered to be a new planet between Jupiter and Saturn, was discovered around the time of this film's original release.)

Summary: No rest for the wicked, eh?
Review: Ghidrah, after having suffered an embarassing defeat at the climax of GHIDRAH, THE THREE-HEADED MONSTER, seeks revenge under an assumed pseudonym. Essentially, a re-hash of the former film (which is far superior to this one) with Godzilla and Rodan battling an old foe of theirs after the good guy scientists set them free. The only difference is that Mothra isn't in this movie.
