Summary: What about David Arnold...
Review: Who's music dominated this film anyway, all of the altenative music on this soundtrack, or David Arnold's score. I was extremely mad when I found out that David Arnold only had 2 tracks on this CD. I think his score was one of the few highlights of this movie. I enjoyed the contempory music on this soundtrack but wished that the score dominated it. Hopefully a score album wil be released soon...

Summary: Bottom Line - It was a fun movie, nothing more, nothing less
Review: I'm a diehard Godzilla (Japan version) fan, no question, but I thought the American version was really fun. It's funny to see how many people were outraged that this movie had "no" or "lack" of a plot. Look at two facts of the movie, Godzilla had to have a different look or it wouldn't be a draw like it was. Also, this movie has to be the highest grossing movie of all-time that features a large giant monster. Numbers don't lie. Can't wait for the next Godzilla movie.

Review: I do not see why most people downgrade this movie so much. To me the movie was nonstop action from beginning to end. The special effects were great and interesting and I thought the story line was also interesting and easy to follow. Even if the movie was not that good it was definitly better than most other movies that came out in 1998. It was even better than Armageddon and Deep Impact.

Summary: The big guy was okay, but the little guys,STUPID!
Review: I felt that the little guys at the end were rejects of 'Aliens' starring Ms. Weaver. It really started to get dumb at that point and I started to shake my head. The only actor that I thought did any kind or respectable job was the camera man. Broderick and that girl fell down to the bottom of my list of good 'acting' actors.

Summary: Very mis-understood movie!
Review: You should not take this movie seriously! Think of it a a tongue-in-cheek spoof of monster movies. Very shallow characters, so shallow that they had to be written that way. Lots of action and some pretty good SFX (and a lot of rain!) The bad reviews come from people expecting a realistic action/drama (ID4,Contact,Armageddon,etc...) Enjoy the action,SFX,and look for the humor. You won't be dissapointed!

Review: Okay, the G-man is cool, the characters are colorful, and even though it is set in the disaster capital of the world (New York), the movie has too much freakin' rain in it!!! But that's not the biggest problem...Where the heck did these guys learn how to write?! Godzilla was a great idea with a bad script. Just rent the darn thing. If you watch it and then buy it, Godzilla should stomp on ya!

Review: THIS FILM SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!! I was insulted that anyone would expect me to enjoy this never-ending painfully depressing movie, that tries to appeal to fans by making second-rate acting, and a terrible story, but make it all up to it's fans with quality visual effects. Okay, so the techinical stuff was cool. But as far as visual effects and sound quality goes, there are plenty of movies out there with much better visual effects, and sound, that also have a decent story, and decent acting. The point of all this is Godzilla was a terrible film, with a boring story, and characters who could have been disembowled by Godzilla and I would have not cared one bit.

Review: GODZILLA WAS GREAT IT REALLY MAKES YOU THINK WHAT IF IT REALLY CAME TRUE SOMEDAY A LIZARD COMES BACK AND TOTALLY CAUSES DISTRUTION I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH IT I LOVED MY HUSBAND AND KIDS LOVED IT TO. WE HAVE WATCHED IT SEVERAL TIMES. GREAT MOVIE.
