Summary: stop hating, this was a good movie!
Review: the only thing that i didn't like was the length of the movie it was a bit short around 80 minutes like the first one. The third one is a great sequel to the second, unlike that matrix reloaded crap wich was one of the worst movies of 2003 in my opinion. This wasn't by far, i saw it in theaters when it first came out and the audience got a thrill and a few laughs as it was funnier than the other movies which was great idea.

Don't blame the movie's making on mostow, the guy did his best to come up with the 3rd installment of the franchise as there was no way cameron could do it because he was ocupied with other duties as arnold said in an intervew, so before you bash mostow why don't you try to making a movie of this capacity and try to make it work becuase its not an easy job being a director for a movie like this.

other good parts of the movie were the stunts, awesome stunts in that crane chase scene but i wish the movie had more stunts like in the second movie or maybe a darker tone like the first one but the bottom line is THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE, BUY IT NOW!.

Summary: what were they thinking?!!!
Review: I am super fan of Terminator and Terminator II but when I watched Terminator III, I was super disappointed. No wonder James Cameron did not participated in this movie.
There are few things that were just too hard to bare. 1) Even Arnold hit the gym for this movie, you can totally tell he was an old man. He was sucking up his tommy. 2)Did anybody thought "Talk to the Hand" funny? Not me. 3) Is it just me or does anybody else think that John Conner looked like a monkey?...the list goes on.

If I were you, I will just rent this movie and return it.

Summary: No more "ILL BE BACKS" PLEASE!!!!
Review: I can't really faind a reson why this saga should go on. Terminator 3 is weak, in fact, very weak, but I do consider that it does possesses a very strong ending. An ending that was not quite good put together with the rest of the movie. I think that being a third sequel to a very powerful saga that should had been keept in only two shapters, this third instalment has 3 mayor flaws. I won't go deep into details coz I don't want to spoil the movie. But you should keep this elements in mind when you watch the film.

1) Character development. The film starts focusing in the adolence of John Connor and then drops mercifully into a shallow grave of inconcistancy. The characters are way superficial, beyond any other mayor movie. John Connors character is weak, boring and unrepresenting. Even though he was expecting the terminators, he is unfabricated. Claire danes character was just a simple excuse to put John connor into a relationship. She's incredibly predictable and I don't think it was of any help for the story. the terminator has become a full time CLICHE machine of the past 2 movies...he repeats the notorius line I'll be back like 20 times. The way he moves, act and tries to be funny is pathetic...what a waste!!It wasn't Arnold's fault, is just that the script was very ververy bad put together. And over all, the acting was horrible!!!

2. Plot. There is hardly any plot to tell you the truth, but the usual run and hide rutine now famous from the 2 previews films. In my opinion, the reason why skinet is trying to destroy the world is incoherent and I don't think the movie shows any good intention to explain it. Now, the main reason why the machines attack in this movie is coMpletely PATHETIC!!!!!!
To much repetitious action that leaded no where and there is ZERO TENTION in any part of the movie. I think the plot was awful.

3. CGI effects. Almost every american film is crowded with tons of FX. There's not a sinlge effect in the movie that you havent seen before done better...that's all I have to say!!!!

If the movie would have been more character based, a better reason to fight instead of personal issues, a more nerver wrecking plot and better CGI effects, it would had been incredible because the ending was a mayor surprise to tell you the truth.

wacth it but do not expect too much!!!! you wont find it here....

Summary: Watered-down parody
Review: This is a mediocre movie by any means, less than mediocre compared to The Terminator, and unwatchable compared to Terminator 2. I don't care how many lasers the T-X fires while in that crane truck, the action was no where as riveting as the T2 18-wheeler vs the dirt bike. An utterly uninspiring villian, barely a few threads of plot- many of which unravel once you start asking too many questions . . . (i.e. if Ah-nold has two hydrgen cells in him, why didn't he use one to off the T-1000 in the last movie?)

All attempts of humor seemed campier and far less appropriate than the dark humor we have seen in the previous movies.

"Talk to da hand!" ?? where the hell is that coming from?

Edward Furlong made the best decision of his life to not be in this movie. If this sequel was ever really worth making, James Cameron would have done it and he would have done it right. This should never had been made.

Summary: Maybe if it was $5 with free shipping....
Review: I might consider it just to make a loud noise with my sub woofer. Otherwise all I can say I already got suckered in at the theatre and once is enough. Might rent it if I was really bored. This movie is just plain bad. Bad plot..Bad acting....Real bad ending. The terminator should have stayed terminated.

Summary: Automaticlly not a good movie.
Review: This movie was not good at all. There were too many car chasing parts and the T-X was too powerful. I was thinking that the t-x could never be destroyed. Too much action. This movie could have been a lot better.

Summary: What the #*#! is he saying?
Review: I'm a fan of T1 and T2 and had to see this one. The trailer voice over should have began, "In a world of reality TV where viewers find the time to watch girls eat roaches for cash they will certainly find the time for watching T3." This was a B movie to be sure and all the other reviews are spot on - John Connor acting/character, no chemistry in the cast, people just going through the motions. I swear if Clare answered her real life mobile during the chase scene it might have been more interesting. "Hi Drew, look, move my manny and peddy to 5 after today's shoot...no, I'm just getting thrown around in the back of a Toyota tundra...its kind of stylish...no I'm a Range Rover gal..." You get the drift. A lot more interesting than "CUT TO Cars flipping upwards on impact, defying physics through use of digitaly erased cables."
And, of course, the numerous plotholes. But as a technotype, I loved suspending my disbelief in the explanations for some of the Sci Fi aspects. We finally get to see the power source for these "terminators" - that was helpful. But some other technolgies were not even explained in English in order for my disbelief to be suspended. This brings me to the title of my review. I must have spent 20 minutes going through a 30 second sequence post the chase scene when Ahnold, ahem, I mean, the vintage T-850 Model 101, starts discussing the bells and whistles of his newfangled foe, the T-X, aka Terminatrix, with the premium adjustable rack package. He is talking about her weapons being nanotechnology something or other and then she is protected with "hardened metal" or some such. Due to Ahnold's Austrian accent, which one reviewer suggets was discretionary (probably true) I could not discern what he was saying. Not that it mattered on the surface, but I would wager a fortune that the script had no actual words in it and he just mumbles through it using his accent as a decoy. It was unintelligible. If there is a reviewer out there that can actually get their paws on the screenplay, please post that scene here or on IMDB to see if it was accurate. The curiosity is killing me.
As for the ending, I sort of liked it. The fact that it was remotely clever (saying something for this film) almost left me with a better feeling as I hit the eject button on my DVD player. Thus my extra star. It would have gotten three stars if there was some nifty nuclear vaporization shots ala the made for TV Cold War chiller "The Day After".
In terms of quality this seqel ranks above Superman 3 (easy hurdle), totally above Attack of the Clowns, I mean Clones, but ties with Godfather 3 and is no match for Rocky 3 (show of hands here, was Mr. T not the best casting - even he could have played a better John Connor "I pity the fool that provides the source code uplink to let SkyNet become self actualized.") But alas, I show my age.
But who are you kidding, you are going to see this movie because you are curious enough to read this far. Turn your mind off and enjoy. You work hard, you deserve it.

Summary: Warning: This is not true widescreen.
Review: The title of my review says it all: This is not the true widescreen version of Terminator 3. What we are getting, in fact, is a cropped full screen version of Terminator 3. Take the full screen DVD and chop off a significant portion of the top and bottom: That's what we have here. I have seen this feature in the theatre and have also compared the widescreen and full screen DVD picture. There's no doubt about it: This is not the true widescreen version of the film. I'm surprised that none of the other reviewers have pointed this out, but nonetheless, it's certainly there.

Patient T3 fans have something to look forward to, however: Director Jonathan Mostow says there is a special edition of this film coming up. Hopefully the cropped picture will be rectified.

Summary: Excellent!
Review: The Terminator is back, and this time, he's returned to rescue John Connor and several other kids who will become part of the future resistance. Preceding him is the pouty-lipped and improved Terminatrix played by Kristanna Loken. When she tries to snuff John, the Terminator must intercede, leading to the inevitable clash between old tech and new.

I found T3 to be a worthy sequel, even if I found some of the endless chase scenes a bit boring. Schwarzenegger does well as the obsolete T1, and actress Kristanna Loken, does well as the coolly impassive terminatrix, but the suspense was nominal. The terminatrix while having all the groovy tech, was clearly out of her league when duking it out with the terminator, she just didn't have Schwarzenegger's commanding presence.

While I didn't feel that T3 was a five star film, (too many long fight scenes) and John Connor was too whiny, I did enjoy seeing Schwartznegger kick some butt and I liked the scene at the beginning with the strippers and the chase scene with that large truck.

Definitely worthy of viewing, I'd give it a solid 4 stars.
