Summary: Mediocre Star Trek Movie
Review: This is not one of the better Star Trek movies. It's about as good as one of the so-so TV episodes. But I expect more from a full length film.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A worthy start for the Next Gen cast
Review: Actually, I thought this movie was worthy of 5 stars but for one thing. Kirk. He was a great guy in the original series, but now he's just a joke. Data stole the show with the emotion chip subplot. Who can't help but laugh when he does his lifeforms bit? An excellent film with a flawed ending.

Summary: SPACE JUNK
Review: How many times do we have to watch the Enterprise D crash, or listen to Data's babble and endure the silly plot. The interaction between Kirk and Picard is limited, and the bad guy gets little time to develop his character.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: A good Trek Movie, but not a great one.
Review: It seemed the only purpose the writers had for this movie was to pass the batone to the Next Generation cast. It was entertaining but lacked the depth and emotion of the Khan film (the best ST movie yet). My favorite part is the Enterprise crashing on the planet. If your a fan you'll enjoy this very much. If it's your first ST movie, buy Wrath of Khan.

Summary: Don't waste your time or money!
Review: The plot was decent but poorly implemented. Data really got on my nerves and it distracted from the picture. Kirk was great (as usual); Pickard was also good. Gene Roddenberry would've been extremely disappointed in the drawn-out development of the story. I was falling asleep after the first 1/2 hour. I've seen all the Trek movies and this one is definitely THE PITS!!!

Summary: Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: The Best Trek film. The scene with Picard and Kirk was touching. The holodeck scene makes me wish I was in the 24th centery!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Maybe not the worst, but close
Review: It may not be the worst Star Trek movie, but it's pretty bad. A lot of pointless plot elements (remind me again why Riker seperated the ship?) Bad special effects (the crass landing.) Don't bother wasting your money on this DVD, instead invest in First Contact or Star Trek 6.

Summary: A GOOD STAR TREK FILM ALTOUGH IT'S PLOT IS WEAK
Review: I liked STAR TREK GENERATIONS but however I found the storyline to be a tad weak and here's why. I really was confused by the whole nexus concept it was hard to follow also at times DATA played by BRENT SPINER is too annoying at times you'll see what I mean when you see this film. Another point was the villans in this story MALCOM MCDOWELL does a great job in his role as a nexus obssesed scientist but the other villans mainly klingons are'nt interesting characters to follow. I loved seeing both STAR TREK casts mainly the original series and the next generation crew together in this film and there's memorable diaolouge although I won't say what it is between CAPTIN KIRK AND CAPTIN PICARD which is great but it doesn't totally make up for a so-so plot. Anyway if you love STAR TREK you'll like STAR TREK GENERATIONS but in my opinion it's not the best of the movie series.

Summary: Top quality fit and finish. I love it.
Review: The quality of this DVD I found to be top notch. I only view DVDs on my PC and I find this title to be everything I expected and then some. The picture, color and sound quality are A+. I was amazed at how they reproduced the cinema-quality color on my PC screen. Turn out the lights, adjust the screen brightness and contrast for best effect.

Summary: How could they make this movie?
Review: What a terrible script this movie had. It's astonishing they actually produced it. One of the most glaring things about it was the use of the Nexus. Plot-holes galore. A disappointing team-up between Shatner and Stewart. Another annoying thing is the lack of consistency--note the uniform changes every five minutes.
