Summary: It took away two hours of my life and I want them back!
Review: I'm reminded of the line in "Spinal Tap" when Nigel says, "but this amp goes to eleven" - Unfortunately this movie doesn't go to eleven. It hits maximum speed, volume and stupidity seemingly within twenty minutes, then it has nowhere to go at climax time. How much louder, faster and "stupider" can it get? Sorry kids, none more loud, fast or stupid (although it tries damn hard)! Thankfully I didn't pay to see this.

Review: This movie is okay for teenie boppers. The storyline is a little ridiculous. I'm sure if I was 16 again, I would think it was the best movie ever made. Sadly, I'm not 16. It is definitely a renter though. Great for Friday night. I do love the song by Aerosmith, maybe that's the best part of the whole movie!

Review: I love this action packed movie starring Bruce Willis,Ben Affleck,Liv Tyler,Will Patton,WIlliam Fichtner and Steve Buscemi, it was always fast moving and enjoyable,Willis does a great job of making the movie incredible. I also think that Colonel Willie Sharp (william fichtner) did a great job seeing that the goal was done!! Overall i give Armageddon a enthusiastic two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

Summary: Major waste of time & money
Review: The movie had a pretty good plotline. Astroid about to blow up earth, government blows up astroid at last minute. Sounds good. It would have been good if this plot had been complemented by special effects. Instead, it was more like the special effects were complemented by the plotline! They just about made up the entire movie. There was probably about 45 minutes of movie there, but a ton of junk was added. You spent the first half of the movie wishing the drillers would get off the ground, and the second half wishing they'd get back on it!

Review: Luckily my husband and I saw this on cable and didn't pay full price! We DO like action flicks but this one became VERY boring -- with stupid cartoon-like events interspersed with tear-jerker scenes. You'll like it if you REALLY like Bruce Willis and/or you're 11 to 14 years old!

Summary: THE GREATEST SCI-FI MOVIE IN 1998
Review: The first time I watched the movie, I was somewhat disappointed about the lack of consideration the crew was putting in saving the planet. But heck, this is only a movie right? My second time watching the movie, I enjoyed it more than the first. Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thorton did a superb acting job. Overall, I love the movie. It makes me appreciate life a little more.
