Summary: Songs from the TV Series
Review: This video has songs from the TV Series. I don't even like Sesame Street TV Series. The only songs I like in the movie are Welcome to Grouchland, Take the First Step, and Together Forever because they're in The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland. My 3 yrs old sister likes the video and the movie. I thought the movie was okay. I am sort of a big fan of PBS 13 because of Shining Time Station and Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends. I hope don't even buy this loser The Adventures of Elmo In Grouchland and buy The origanl movie. But Thomas, Elmo, Blue, Little Bear have first feature legnth films also.

Summary: A must have video! My son's all-time favorite video!!
Review: This video is the only video that my son never gets tired of watching. We try to put other educational and entertaining videos on for him, but he loses interest, but not with this one. He'd watch it all day if we let him!! He sees the logo come on at the beginning and he is already smiling from ear to ear. Elmo is one of the most lovable sesame street characters and his interactions with grizzy from grouchland are funny even for adults. I just bought 2 more copies for the grandparents houses!!

Summary: Totally Entertaining! Well worth it.
Review: We own this video, as well as the much-longer movie. The Sing and Play video is a great option for us--shorter than the movie, and non-stop songs! Our daughter smiles from the opening logo on. The tape's sort of a "return to Grouchland." Elmo is back in Grouchland to visit his grouch friend, Grizzy. They chat and introduce clips. Songs include the best of the movie's tunes (the blankie song, the one the plant sings, the welcome to Grouchland song), as well as some classics like "Rubber Duckie" and "I Love Trash." It also has the extensive "Elmo's Song" clip from the ep. of Sesame Street that introduced that now-famous tune. Words bounce across the screen of course. If your child loved the movie, this tape is a must-have! They'll enjoy revisiting the characters and sets with their favorite little monster.

Summary: Great video
Review: When I bought this, I thought I was buying the Elmo in Grouchland Movie. It was a great mistake. My 18 month old loves Elmo, old favorites as well as the new songs. Also the video has all the words to the songs across the screen-great for pre-reading toddlers.

Summary: One of my son's favorites
Review: While my 2 1/2 year old will not watch the movie "Elmo in Grouchland", he adores this video compilations of songs from the movie and Sesame Street, and will dance and laugh with delight through it. Though I think we're all getting tired of yet another "Elmo's Song" setup, the rest of the songs are clever and fun. My boy especially likes it when I sing along with "C is for Cookie" and "Welcome to Grouchland" (maybe I just sing better than the Muppet characters). Probably one of the easier Sesame Street videos for adults to take, too. All in all a winner.
