Review: I like this film, but it didn't quite have the same suspense as the first one. The Predator looks cooler in this one, but it didn't have the same feel as the first one. I liked the ending, and I hope they come out with Predator 3, or Aliens vs. Predator.

Summary: A decent sequel to the classic Predator
Review: I really enjoyed watching the original Predator (I have seen it more than 5 times) so I was hoping that Predator 2 would offer some of the same action and suspense as the first movie. Overall, I was not disappointed, although Predator 2 is not as good as its precursor. This time the Predator is in the city and hunting down drug lords and gang members all over the place. Danny Glover, playing a local police officer, becomes suspicious about the numerous deaths and skinned corpses. He is further intrigued by the presence of a secret government task force that is always hanging around at the crime scenes (led by Gary Busey). As you can probably guess, the Predator has been wreaking havoc around the city and is prepared to face off against anybody -- and that's exactly what happens. The movie includes many of the elements that made the original Predator so successful. The haunting music, the eerie suspense that comes when viewing the crime scenes through the eyes of the Predator, and more. The story, in my opinion, is a little more far-fetched than the original (especially the ending). Setting the movie in the city instead of the jungle also tends to lessen the suspense and drama. Although it may not be a great movie, Predator 2 is one of the best sequels I have seen for any movie and is worthwhile viewing. It may not be of the same calibre as the original classic, but it comes close.

Summary: Great movie!
Review: An exellent sequel. The only reason most people don't like Predator 2 is because i'ts so different from the original. First of all they exchanged muscles for acting (not that i don't love Arnold) . And the change of setting makes it feel fresh, it doesen't repeat itself like most sequels do. We also get to see alot more of the predator. I really hope they will release it on DVD soon.

Review: I think that this movie was a little good, yet a little bad. Predator2 is pretty much plain worse than the first one. The action, i say, is less intense, and that even though the Predator did lots more stuff than in the first movie, it was just boring at some parts. I think the lack of military and things like it are one of the reasons.

Review: This sequel is an insult to the original 5 star movie. I found myself fast forwarding to get to a good part which never seemed to come. Dont even think of buying. If you are curious, wait for 99cent rental night. Glover is good but plot, action and everything else is rock bottom.

Summary: Great Sequel!
Review: This movie is one of the greatest sequels ever made. It has exactly what the first one has, and then some. The only thing missing is the DVD. Why has Fox not released it yet? The first film has been available for over a year on DVD and it looks and sounds great. I have been awaiting the the second movie on DVD for a while and I hope it is released soon. The pan and scan video format does not do this film justice.

Review: Here I am... a fairly sedate, 40-year old female, but I enjoy this type of movie with the big, bad alien creature. I caught it for the first time last night and had to stay up to see its conclusion. I found it enjoyable and it was well done enough for this type of movie. I felt the big draw for me was the wonderful actor, Danny Glover, who I would enjoy in practically any movie. I did like the first Predator movie as well. Look forward to III.
