Review: Rushmore was such a wonderful movie, though I might be a bit biased since it was filmed at my high school, the same high school Wes Anderson attended. It had a wonderful plot, and far surpassed the usual box office hit.

Review: The PR folks showed "funny" clips as a preview for this film. But the film is so much deeper than the humor. Look at it again, think about this movie and it's characters. Max is a universal figure, an outsider on a journey. His interactions with each person in the film are complex and wonderful.

Review: This was probably the best movie of all year(yes, even more son than star wars) it is the story of max fisher, a 10 grader, who goes to the countrys best school, and how he and bill murray fall in love with a first grade teacher.

Review: It is the greatest American movie in a long long time. It should be in the AFI TOP 100 in the next century! Great, smart, funny, subtle, Murraysian! Bill Murray should win the Oscar from this! Maybe he'll soon with his upcoming The Cradle Will Rock, we'll see!

Review: Rushmore, like so few films pulls off a dark comedy beautifully. Bill Murrary is disguisting, yet you love him. The character of Max Fisher is one that you will not soon forget. It's an excellent movie that made me laugh out loud the entire showing. I also recommend the soundtrack, which is equally deserving of praise.

Review: This movie is how I want the 90s to be remembered. It's not true to life, really, but it should be. Jason Schwartzman as Max Fischer, the hero, does an excellent job potraying the private school kid who goes to public school and charms his way into madcap adventures. What's so refreshing is that his trials and tribulations are not a joke: they are not tragic, but they are not ridiculous, either. It is the right blend of heart, real geniune emotion, and wit . . . and it's the funniest movie I've ever seen.

Review: This is definitely one of the best movies I have ever seen. The story is great, the cinematography is great, the soundtrack is perfect, etc. Bill Murray in a role that is perfect for him, and Jason Schwartzman was awesome!!
