Rating: Summary: Youv'e Got Mail is a delightful heartfelt comedy/romance. Review: I think this movie is suitable for all ages. The first time I saw this movie, I knew it would be my favorite. I'm not saying it is better than Titanic, but it is as good I think!! Anyone who hasn't seen this movie should. If you liked SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE, then you will love this movie! I give it two thumbs up, way up!!
Rating: Summary: WHAT HAPPEND TOM... Review: I am so shoked to see HANKS, such a good performer participating in such stupid movies, please save your money and stay home watching Ally Mcbeal...please tommmmmm...
Rating: Summary: I can buy it cheaper at Walmart Review: Why is the video so expensive at Amazon.com? I can go to the nearest store and get it for 14.99 and not have to pay the shipping and handling. Please give me a reason why I should buy it from Amazon.com?
Rating: Summary: A true meaning of a sleeper. Review: I love Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, but this movie was vey slow and I kept waiting for the climax. I was also disappionted in the ending. What happens next? I waited that long I could have waited for two more minutes for a bit more of an ending. Sorry but I expected more out of the two fine actors and this skript.
Rating: Summary: Hi Nan! Review: Predictable but adorable boy meets girl story. Great for those chick flick nights. Sugar coated and dripping with syrup. NOT the same as Sleepless.
Rating: Summary: A True 'Must See' Review: In my opinion, this was the best movie released this holiday season. Hanks and Ryan were exceptional as usual. A great family film!
Rating: Summary: Good date movie, and good for a few laughs. Review: I think this movie shows the better qualities of E-mail.Meg does a wonderful job of portraying a girlie New Yorker, and Tom is perfect for the all-powerful, masogonistic views of the middle aged, not too attractive bookseller. "You've Got Mail" is perfect fi you don't want to think too hard about what you're wathching, and is a great first date movie for all people.Personally, though, I think that "Sleepless In Seattle" was a much better performance for both actors, and was more in depth.
Rating: Summary: Classic Hanks & Ryan Review: I went to see this movie on Christmas with my two daughters and we all loved the movie. I have seen both the original "The Shop Around The Corner" and the Judy Garland-Van Johnson version, "In The Good Old Summertime" and this contemorary version is true to the theme. It is just the type of movie that Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan do so well together. I have heard it compared to "Sleepless in Seattle but the two main characters interact together much more in this movie. But, if you enjoyed "Sleepless", you will probably love this movie. It is the same sort of tear-jerker/chick flick movie, so get out the tissues!
Rating: Summary: second of SO-SO Review: I do not like the situation is not equal. first of all, they were in even, but middle of story, the guy who knows the email partner, but he did not show up in front of her! how come?? It makes me an objection...so, I also give 3 point to this movie. sorry.
Rating: Summary: A DVD packed with lot's of extra's Review: I recently rented the DVD version of this film(i got a copy early)First i would like to commend warner bros. for all the extra's included and highly recomend fans to check out the DVD version excellent directors commentary included and a great behind the scenes documentary. Now the bad news. I't may be just the copy i had but on chapters 23-26 on the DVD the movie jumped and skipped so bad i thought my DVD player had somthing wrong with it, at one pointe my DVD player shut down, so i immediatly took the DVD back to the video store and told the clerk about the problem i found. the clerk said he also had the same problem when he watched this DVD. so be forwarned maybe warner bros. will comment if there is a bug or flaw with this DVD disk, other than that this is a awesome! movie and the extra's are priceless.
