Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Extremely Funny Screwball
Review: This is one heck of a movie!! Cary Grant is irresistable as a sane scientist just trying to keep up with life and Katherine Hepburn is superb as a spoiled rich kid with almost no brains! Grant and Hepburn have on screen carisma that is beutiful to behold. The situations that they get in are funny. The film never lets down on the laughs, though some are bigger than others. The ending is predictable, but that is not the point. The getting to the ending is the point. All in all it is a great film that deserves it's place on the 100 greatest films list, though I think it should rate much higher!

Summary: Laughed till I cried
Review: I am a die hard Hepburn fan. I was named after her, so I should be! But even for those of you who may not like movies any older than yourself, this is one that you HAVE to see. Hepburn and Grant are perfect together. Grant's misfortunes, all caused by Hepburn, are hilarious. A missing bone, a missing leopard, and a famous terrier (does the name Asta ring a bell?) lead the way for our hero and heroine into many zany adventures that will ultimately bring them together, the last place Grant thinks he will ever be. This is probably my favorite Hepburn movie. Grant and Hepburn are dynamic.

Summary: Super-smart vintage screwball comedy is a treasure!
Review: This great film, though a flop at the time, is a priceless example of screwball comedy, at which Cary Grant was the master. Though technically a little grainy, the magic of Grant and Hepburn shine through in one of the cinematic jewels of the depression era.

Summary: Wonderful, simply wonderful!
Review: Hepburn and Grant are at it again in this screwball comedy about a leopard! Although not quite as good as "Arsenic and Old Lace", it is a definite must-see for anyone who remotely enjoys Cary Grant or Katherine Hepburn!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The best screwball comedy ever.
Review: The madcap pace, the unlikely plot line, Hepburn's rapid-fire dialogue, and "Baby," Hepburn's leopard that goes missing, make this the seminal -- and funniest -- screwball comedy. Hepburn is at her wackiest; Grant, the bewildered paleontologist target of Hepburn's pursuit, is wonderful. In a switch from his usual suave roles, Grant is endearing as the object of Hepburn's affections. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Summary: One of the best comidies of all time.
Review: This has to be, by far, my favorite comedy movie. It was a refreshing change from all the vulger comedies that are out today. Hepburn if so funny that i nearly wet myself laughing so hard. It's a great movie to watch with a boyfriend/girlfriend, or with your family. If i could give this movie six stars i would.

Summary: A classic that combines the talents of two great stars.
Review: I just love Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant, they have such wonderful chemistry together. I have to admit, it's not quite as good as "Holiday" or "The Philidophia Story," but it's got its great moments that makes you die laughing. Katherine always play the strong-willed women that knows to go out and get it. And Cary Grant simply looks great, no matter what part he plays. Together, they make wonderful memoriable stories together.

Summary: The pinnacle of screwball comedy
Review: I was never a fan of classic (black & white) movies, but my wife made me watch 'bringing up baby' and I laughed so hard, I was literally rolling on the floor, crying. My ribs were sore from laughing so hard. I'm now an endless fan of Cary Grant's comedic work, and anything Howard Hawks directed. Very much worth your time and money.

Summary: 5 stars for the movie, but 0 for its absence on DVD
Review: No plot review here--- it's been adequately done by plenty of viewers before me--- but just an urgent plea to the studio to PLEASE release this on DVD! This is THE classic screwball comedy, and how much better can it get than this? Cary Grant (with whom I fell in love at age 10 and never stopped), Katharine Hepburn (I just wanted to BE her since I was 10), and a couple of leopards, orchestrated into a symphony of hilarity by Howard Hawks. Nothing short of wonderful (bested, in my opinion, ONLY by The Philadelphia Story). So please please PLEASE let us have this timeless classic on DVD. And soon!
