A Time to Die

Review: Due to its emotional custody theme, this pretty strong B-movie reminds me of 'Kramer vs Kramer' (1980, with Meryl Streep and Dustin Hoffman).

Apart from that, police-corruption is the issue here. Plot & action are well built up; Traci Lords, acting an almost too eager photo-reporter, shines throughout.
