Summary: "You've lost 007!" - Max Zorin to James Bond
Review: Roger Moore puts on the 007 suit one more time for his final performance as agent James Bond 007. Yes, he's a little bit older this time, but you can hardly notice it. I love this film, as I love all the James Bond films. The new villain, Max Zorin is going to destroy Silicon Valley in order to control the microchips in that area. His sidekick is the evil MayDay, who puts up a match that could even stop 007. The new Bond girl, Stacy Sutton.....is just a stupid bimbo. Okay lets ove on to better things. Such as the music! Duran Duran gives us all an explosive rock song that charted as No.1 in the billboard charts.
On a much sadder note- this is last film to feature Lois Maxwell as Miss Moneypenny. Although many others have portrayed Miss Moneypenny in the Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan era's, none will ever stand up to Lois Maxwell who as a true James Bond veteran stayed with the series for 14 stunning James Bond 007 films!!!

Summary: One of the best
Review: After the lame Octopussy, there is finally a movie that most Bond fans should like. Christopher Walken is great as the rich maniac, and Grace Jones is pretty good as well. Even though Roger Moore looks a little bit worn out doesn't mean it can't be a great James Bond movie.

Review: This is one of the best bond movies, I don't know why people don't like it.

Summary: Ok 007 flick.
Review: Maybe the weakest 007 film. Roger Moore's plays James Bond for the last time. Despite the thrilling opening sequence, the movie looks a bit tired.
Christopher Walken is great as the Psychotic manian who tries to flood the San Andreas fault. Beauty Grace Jones spices up the film as May Day. Also starring Tanya Roberts.
Ok DVD transfer, although the picture overall looks somehow dated, the soundtrack is fine.

Summary: Weakest of the franchise
Review: Some Bond films are excellent (From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball) some are good (Goldeneye, The Living Daylights, The Spy who Loved Me) and some are just awful. Which brings us to A View to a Kill. This lacklustre addition to the franchise is plain..., with boring, laboured action, a hackneyed plot (some rubbish about computer chips and silicon valley) and puerile dialogue.

The only good points in this film are Christopher Walken as Zorin, the main villain and Grace Jones as his assistant. Regardless, Walken's villain is one of the weakest in the series and Grace Jones looks somewhat out of place in this film.

And it has to be said that Roger Moore by 1985 was too old to be Bond. However, it's good that Timothy Dalton didn't take this one to be his first outing as Bond and turned up in the superior The Living Daylights or his movie career would have finished before it started.

Summary: Beautiful backgrounds and breathtaking ski chasing scene
Review: It is the last 007 film for Roger Moore, Duran Duran sing a theme song, Grace Jones and Tanya Roberts who played in the famous TV drama ¡°Chalie¡¯s Angels¡±, are in a role of Bond girls. In addition, this film spread at the Eiffel Tower in Paris and at the Golden Gate Bridge in Sanfrancisco. The first scene is a breathtaking ski-chasing scene in Siberia as the background of the film, but it was actually in the Alps and Iceland. After this scene, a villain Bond girl, Grace Jones jump off from the top of the Eiffel Tower and James Bond is pursuing her by a car. These scenes are very exciting. This is a peculiarity of the 007 films, which always provide interesting chasing scenes, beautiful Bond girls and updated weapon. John Glen who is a director of this work, has lived for all life with 007 films, he made five 007 films and this is the third work for him. He is a professional director for 007 films, on the other hand, he overly attaches great to do an action and stunt scenes. Because, It is probably that he took charge of a second unit director for long time especially for stunt scenes. Anyway, he made well action scenes. In this film, ski-chasing scene is the one of the best scene that ever made in 007 films. Interesting point of this film is one of the characters who are a Christopher Walken; he is a character actor and has a career for winning a prize of Academy Award. It was peculiar that Academy Winner played a role of villain in 007 films. It was good thanks to his impressive performance. As a whole, this film is one of average 007 films.

Summary: Why Does Everyone Hate This Movie??
Review: Why doesn't anyone like this movie...I love it!
It has a great bond girl in Tanya Roberts(Former Charlies Angel). She can't act, but man is she hot! And Christopher Walken's performance as the bad guy, Zorrin makes up for any bad acting on Tanya Roberts' part. It has tons of action(i love the opening sequence), not to mention the title song by Duran Duran, which is awesome. This is definetly one of Moore's better Bond performances and I think it has a nice comfy seat somewhere in the top 10 Bond films of all time! I Reccomend this movie to bond fans, action fans, and guys who like tanya roberts(and Christopher Walken)

Summary: Really bad
Review: This is my least favorite Bond out of all the 7 I've seen. It barely even feels like a Bond film at all. The film is about Max Zorin, who wants to make his own microchips, and in order to do so he must destroy the Silicon Valley. Of course, it's 007 to the rescue! Moore by this point was way too old to play Bond, and he kind of walks through it, you know?

There are 3 good points in this film. One is the action. Like in every Bond film, even the worst can be held up by good action sequences. Two is Christopher Walken as Max Zorin. Zorin is one of THE best Bond villans. His henchwoman May Day, is one of the worst. Third is the title song by Duran Duran.

Avoid it at all costs, except for the great extras on the DVD.

Summary: A View to a thrill!
Review: A worthy swansong for Roger Moore's 007, A view to a Kill harkens back to the days when the series relied on the camp humour that graced such episodes as 'The Man with the golden gun' and 'MoonRaker'. Although the screenplay-a virtual remake of 'Goldfinger'-sometimes seems a little uninspired, some suspenseful set pieces and ingenious casting puts this Bond up there with the best. The expertly staged battle a top the Golden Gate bridge, and Bond fending off a gang of thugs armed with a rock-salt loaded shotgunsend the excitement levels soaring.Christopher Walken as Zorin gives us a charming, witty villain and the beautiful Grace Jones as his lover MayDay is nothing short of mesmerising.
Tanya Roberts as the obligatory beautiful and resourceful Bond girl and the usual exotic locations taking Bond from Paris to San FRancisco make this-the 14th outing in the Bond series-a real view to a THRILL!!
