Summary: Pretty Darn Good
Review: Like I said, the movie is pretty darn good. Its has great action and a rollercoaster of a story. Alot of people dont like the twisting plot, but I guess Pulp Fiction sucked for the same reason? Not comparing this to Pulp Fiction, but having a "twisting plot" is one of the things that kept me interested in this movie. Its better then most action movies.

Summary: A very engrossing, exciting film
Review: Lots of people (including some reviewers) don't care for this film, but I must say I love it. I don't really know why, but I just find it very intriguing. Hard to pick up the first time around is an understatement; it probably took me 3 full viewings to understand everything completely. Personally I think the script and acting are great, and De Palma's camera angles and direction add alot to the film. Only dissapointment: except for Cruise, no character development. Big plus: sequel about to be shot returning Cruise and Ving Rhames. Best Part? Directed by John Woo. Fans like me of the 1st are already wetting our lips.

Review: I love the movie. An excellent suspense/thriller the first time you see it. It's a little hard to grasp at times, but you'll get it after seeing it a few times. My advice is to buy this movie right here, right now, at amazon.com!!!

Review: This movie really sucked! I would not classify it as being one of the best movies ever made. I found Tom Cruises acting abominable and degrading. His acting was an insult to the art of drama. I found many faults with this movie that I found hard to believe. 1. I did not like the different plots in this film. Usually films have one single plot in them but this one just kept dragging on and on. 2. What was this "Mission: Impossible". What exactly did it entail. Was it really a mission. At the beginning, I know that Jim Phelps was given a mission to recover the "NOC. LIST" but it just dragged on from then on. 3.Tom Cruise's acting was terrible 4.The film was totally unrealistic and mediocre. 5.It also made no sense I would like to say, that if anybody out there is willing to buy the Mission: Impossible video, I would seriously reconsider. I can assure you that, since I got the movie, three years ago, it has only been in my VCR once and has never gone in there since. It is sitting on my shelf and gathering a ton of dust, I can assure you.
