Review: Frank Simmonetti is a young, no-nonsense freelance video-journalist with camera in hand. Jack Mitchell is an ex-cop granted a psycho-pension from the L.A.P.D. Togeather they team up to stalk crimes through downtown L.A. Each scoop is worth a little more to the KNEX-TV News Director (Sally Kirkland). But just how close to the story can they get?

Frank and Jack discover a serial killer... "The Downtown Skid Row Slasher". They track the killer through the urban sprawl of L.A., only to realize that their story is chasing them...they're about to become the target...they're about to become the news.
