Summary: The Best Movie Of All Time
Review: This is by far the best movie I have ever seen. It kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire film. I recommend this movie to anyone interested in a quality scary movie. Well worth the price of admission at the theatre.

Summary: Facinating!
Review: Every scene is facinating and filled with clues and imagery that hint at how things will end. Especially watch for the color red- red items in the film are always important- either to the plot or give the viewer a hint. I wasn't scared by this movie, just facinated. The psychological angle was great! And it was nice to see a mature film that wasn't filled with swearing, sex and violence. I guessed how it would end early on. :( bummer. I thought that Cole's problems were wrapped up a little quickly- I wanted to see more of him. I admit, I just fell in love with him! The first viewing is great and the second is maybe even better because the whole movie looks different! You realize how much you'd assumed the first time you saw it!

Summary: BRAVO TO THE DIRECTOR!
Review: I now see why this movie was the talk of the year! I did not see it in the movies, but pre-ordered the DVD and just watched it with my husband. With the ending, we both just looked at each other! After talking about the scenes and analyzing....the bottom line is, DIRECTION, DIRECTION, DIRECTION. Mr. Shaylaman's unraveling of one of a future masterpiece will surely be copied. And thank you Mr. Willis for giving the movie to Haley Joel Osment, even though he did not win an oscar, this kid will surely be one to watch in the future.

Summary: "I see dead people....like this movie"
Review: I just saw this movie and I can't believe so many people think this movie is a classic! While it's not a bad movie, it shouldn't have gotten an Oscar nomination for best movie. Being John Malkovich was a much better movie and should have gotten nominated instead. Even Magnolia! But still, it should be worth seeing on DVD. Just don't tell me Sixth Sense was better than Blair Witch. It isn't.

Summary: Haley joel osment
Review: I watched this movie not really knowing what to expect the kid was totally amazing, never before seen a performance like this, very moving and chilling not at all boring? it all depends what your looking for, This is a horror/thriller which doesn't rely on special effects to get a shock...

Summary: This movie is not a thriller!
Review: They are advertising this movie as a thriller but in fact it is a really boring ghost drama. I am so glad this movie was shunned at the Oscars because it is really boring. Bruce Willis is acting like he's dead with no energy, Haley is cute but that's it, and the horrific characters are anonymous. Please don't waste your time.

Summary: Excellent Movie -- So-so DVD extras
Review: Don't get me wrong. This DVD is fantastic, but only because it contains such a great movie. If you've seen the movie, you might get excited about the "extended ending." Forget about it--you'll be disappointed. What they consider the "ending," which was what is extended, is already too long. The deleted scenes add little if anything to the movie. What struck me about these scenes is that, had they been included in the film, they might have ruined the you-know-what. Had these scenes been included, I have a feeling that this movie would have come and gone without anyone noticing. The director's commentary is nothing more than a few comments about various aspects of the story, and what it took to pull them off on film. A movie-length commentary would have been interesting, though not terribly so. If you haven't seen this movie, get it on DVD. DVD is the perfect medium; it would have been just as good a DVD if it contained nothing more than the film. The ability to re-view the movie and skip around to different scenes is something you'll appreciate after you've seen this fine film.

Summary: Excellent movie with major twist
Review: This was a well acted movie with a surprising twist. The main characters were well played out, and the ending twist was just unexpected. I had not heard anything about this movie, other than the famous "I see dead people" line. It's not a scary movie, per se, but one that has little twists and turns that are unexpected. It's worth renting or buying and watching with that someone whom you'd like to scare :)

Summary: Watch it
Review: I have seen most horror/thriller type films but this one was creepy. The film is not very gory but imagine yourself in the shoes of Mr Willis. YOu dont know u are dead.

Overall the ending did surprise me and I am waiting for the video release in the UK.

Watch it, think about it and then watch it again.

Oh and watch out for the funny bits. The kid with 1/2 a skull missing. "come on i will show you my fathers gun! "

One of the best flms of 99.

Summary: Absolutely the best!
Review: This was one the best movies of 1999 along with American Beauty. How could some of you say this was boring? This movie kept me glued to the screen the whole time. It is very well written and acted. You actually felt for everyone. Toni Collette and Haley Joel Osment were outstanding in thier performances. Finally a movie where Bruce Willis actually does some acting instead of firing off guns. Don't rent this movie, BUY IT. It's worth every penny and then some.
