Summary: Good description of early Las Vegas, but a bit too long
Review: Robert DeNiro and Joe Pesci team up again as they did in "Raging Bull", only this time in different character roles. Both render good performances even though Pesci spews out a bit too much profanity. We finally get to see how the mob controlled gambling in Las Vegas the way a puppeteer controls an marionette. Sharon Stone is great in her role as a wantonly-manipulative woman who has strange appeal for DeNiro's character. Anyone familiar with Las Vegas and casino operations will appreciate this film even though it's a bit too long and its conclusion is predictable.

Summary: Greatest movie of all time
Review: This is my favorite movie of all time. Yes this movie is even better than Goodfellas. I have watched it a million times and it never gets old. The film is just that good.

Summary: Hey, that's what happened!
Review: After reading some of these "reviews" I have to just remind these people that this is more than a film. In general, these things happened this way. I lived in Las Vegas during this time, and it was like I knew these guys. The only problem with the film is it makes them too nice. The real Tony Spilotro (Nicky Santoro in the film) would have taken Joe Pescis' character apart for breakfast.

Summary: De Niro is simply the BEST!
Review: I dont now what to say about this wonderful film it has great actors and it really feals like you are in the gangster world of Las Vegas. and after all it is my favorite director Martin "the great" Scorsese who has made this masterpiece and it is almost as good as Goodfellas and that is one of the best movies i have ever seen. I just have one more thing to say see this film and after that buy it or you will miss something.

Summary: Sharon Stone is great in this
Review: I'm glad I saw this movie, but I'll never watch it again. What happened to Joe Pesci's character was too horrible to contemplate. DeNiro is good, Pesci is his usual self - not ineffective! - but the real revelation is Sharon Stone, who is great. It's the best part she's ever had, and she rises to the occasion 150% - what this gifted actress needs is better parts!

Summary: Another Amazing Scorcese Film!
Review: I don't know how anyone could say that this movie was poor, I think it is one of the best ever! DeNiro is amazing as always, Pesci also puts on an excellent performance. What a duo! I just wish there were more high quality Mobster flicks like Casino and Goodfellas.

Summary: HORRIBLE!
Review: This is one of the worst movies of all time. So bad that I have had to repress the plot in order to function as a responsible member of society. It reminded me of a cheesy made for television movie. An incredibly LONG cheesy made for television movie.Like a 70s miniseries or a Danielle Steele novel.
