Summary: scary the first time and hilarious enough to watch again
Review: It combines humor and horror. There are a ton of little jokes that keep it funny once you know who did it and who dies when.

Summary: Scream 2 Is Way More Developed Then Scream
Review: Scream 2 is way mroe developed then Scream. What I mean by this is that when they are called on the phone they know that the killer can see them and that they are in danger. You never know who is and isn't gonna die, except for Sidney she would never die. But Sidney's boyfriend, whether he is the killer or not always dies, Billy died in Scream and Derrick died in Scream 2. So does her closest friend(Tatum in Scream and Randy/her room mate in Scream 2). I think the plot is way similar but still much better and the length always makes a horror movie better, Scream 2 had almsot a perfect length, it could have been longer with more killing.

Summary: Scream 2 just as good as the first
Review: Scream 2 is one of my favorite movies. It has funny moments one minute, then scary the next. I do not agree with the killing off of Randy, but someone from the original had to die or the movie would be weird. The killer of the movie did not get enough time on screen, so I could see how he found the time to do most of the killings. This is a great sequel to a great horror movie.

Summary: COMPARED TO THE ORIGINAL IT JUST DOESN'T CUT !
Review: Film director Wes Craven and screenwriter Kevin Williamson have returned to the screen again to create a sequel to the most successful horror film of all time. This being a sequel, Williamson includes a scene where film students discuss the fact that sequels never quite match the inventiveness of the original - quite true. To be fair No.2 does avoid a few obvious pitfalls, by concentrating on the victim and not the demonic killer/s, and ensuring that all of the characters have in some way moved on. However the plot does not move on, instead it is stuck in a repetitive cycle, where, despite a few clever twists and turns, we pretty much know what's coming. Compared to contemporary horror - fare this is intelligent and frightening, but compared to the original it just doesn't cut it.

Summary: Don't even dare say that this is a bad sequel!
Review: After such frights like Halloween, Friday the 13th, or the controversial Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the slasher movie genre has been falling into a deep, dark well of unintelligence and redundant reincarnation of horror movies. Scream and Scream 2 have revived this fallen genre and with it, came other ridiculous imitations (such as the extremely unsuccessful 'Urban Legend'). The storyline in Scream 2 does apply some of the typical elements that sequals are sometimes composed with, but the thing about this movie is that it is clever in terms of 'hiding' the typicality and stereotypes of the horror genre by playing around with the asthetic of the genre. The killings here are more satisfying, and the infamous masked man is as energetic as the first movie. The whole notion of the way the killer moves, and the brutal stabbings that it can give the victims is where the horror lies for this movie. The ending is a little better than the first one but still needs some innovation to it (I found it hard to admire the killer actually telling the audience, and the 'last remaining survivers' who he/she is- it takes away the horror of the 'unknown' aura that surronds the movie). Overall though, this is as clever as the first one. I truly recommend it.

Summary: Intelligent movie viewers shouldn't be watching this...
Review: If you have read my review for SCREAM I bet you know how much I hate this .... Once again director, Wes Craven fills the screen up with ... women, some dialogue bad enough to make me laugh out loud and a the same old dreadful music. I like Horror-sequels that are original like EVIL DEAD 2 but this dosn't have one little bit of originality, it's just a bloody bore.

Summary: Well- acted, with great actors.
Review: The movie, it had a good plot, and was well thought out to bring a good edgy character to everyone in the movie. In some parts, you knew what was going to happen next, but in most parts, you had no idea. The actors/actresses played their part (s) well...and knew exactly what they were doing.

Summary: Haven't I seen this before?
Review: Scream 2 is a horrible movie! It's really predictable. It's plot was so close to the first one, for a second there, I thought I WAS watching the first one! The only reason for watching it to see Dewey and Gail get it on...

Summary: This movie was suspencrful.
Review: It is about alot of people getting killed in really discusting ways by a physco killer that you would least expect and you find out at the end.

Summary: I thought the movie was pretty good for a sequel.
Review: I thought Scream 2 was good for a sequel. The body count was definitely higher, and the Sarah Michelle Geller scene was great. The beginning was sort of weird because of the movie Stab which was supposed to be a runoff of Scream. Scream was a better movie though because of the fact that it was much more realistic, more original, and the ending wasn't as corny. Scream 2 definitely has much better music in it. Some people will definitely like many of the songs. The movie could have been better though.
