Review: THIS WAS A REALLY GREAT FILM! IT WAS SUSPENSFUL! I THINK THAT THE BEST SCENE WAS CICI'S (SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR). SHE'S A GREAT ACTRESS! SHE ALSO PLAYS IN 'I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER'. TOO BAD SHE ONLY LASTS 5 MINUTES IN 'SCREAM 2'. SHE LASTED MUCH LONGER IN 'IKWYDLS'. IF YOU LIKED 'SCREAM' THEN YOU ARE SURE TO LIKE 'SCREAM 2'. ALSO 'SCREAM 3' IS COMING OUT IN DECEMBER OF '99! fOR MORE INFO ON THAT E-MAIL ME! I WILL BE GLAD TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

Summary: As good as Scream, if not better....
Review: They say sequels never live up to the original, but I suppose that this is the excaption to the rule. The actors were superlative, and thorugh out the film, each character developed at least twice as much as it had in the first. (David Arquette looked alright, too) Well, for my 'final thought:' Can you say good movie?

Review: Scream 2 shined. It had better acting, special effects, and a better story than the first. The ending is a complete surprise. It was really really scary!!

Review: Yes,it's true sequals normally don't live up to their original. Probably because their too predictable. This movie does well on it's own, but when compared to the original,this movie simply does not cut it!!!

Review: I'll agree that Scream 1 was better. Although I thought Neve Campbell looked better in this one (I liked the way she had her hair). And why, oh why, does poor Sarah Michelle Gellar have to die in every damn movie she's in!?! Leave her alone for once (we're with you Sarah!). I did like the idea of portraying a movie with what happened in Scream (I'm talking about "Stab"). Scream 2 was OK; I've seen worse sequels than this.

Review: Exactly like the fist. Recycled dialogue to match the word SEQUEL instead of SCARY MOVIE. JAMIE KENNEDY shouldn't have died. And why for the love of God, Allah and the Winds Willing to they NEVER get TEENS to play teens. This always ruins it for me no matter what the content of the film.

Summary: A sequel that surpasses the original--sort of.
Review: Scream 2 is what Scream 1 should have been in reference to body count, scripting, and the ending. While it is superbly acted by all of it's stars (especially Jada Pinkett), what holds this sequel down is the genre. You really can't make a sequel much different than the original because the hack-n-slash core of the horror genre plot. Williamson and Craven attempt to compensate for this by allowing the surviving characters look, act, and think differently than in the original flick. This is refreshing in the sense that the survivors remember what happened in Woodsboro. This element adds to the "flow" of the plot from the original to this second installment and shows that the characters can and do change from the first movie. SCREAM 2 adds plently more twists, turns, chrills, thrills, and blood. Although it can get predictable at times, there is enough to hold interest...especially at the end. The clues ARE there...can you see them?

Review: SCREAM kept me at the edge of my seat. The end surprised me, and I like to be surprised. I think there should be a SCREAM 3 made with even more blood. If you haven't seen this movie and you like horror movies, you need to get this movie. It's the BEST!!
