Rating: Summary: A Disappointment Review: The sound in the Beethoven Choral Fantasy portion is excellent and is the only redeeming part of this DVD. It's too bad there wasn't more of the same to fill out the DVD. There is not much worth watching or hearing in the Liszt portion. The camera work leaves much to be desired, focusing on the perspiring face and fingers of the pianist ad nauseum. He plays a boring program of Liszt, as dull as anything we've ever heard. We nearly didn't watch it to the end. It ranks as the most disappointing DVD that we have purchased to date.
