Review: I know that all the critics say that this movie was: a. Not the right time or place, or b. just plain stinks, but whatever you do, DON'T believe them!Though this might not be the best movie of all time, it's definitely really close! The actors are amazing, even if their accents seem strained at times, the dancing is great, and the story line, if a little predictable, is thouroughly enjoyable! The songs are great! If you like this movie there is also a Soundtrack. So, go rent or buy this movie the next time you want an enjoyable, family film that's perfectly fine for kids to watch. There's hardly any cussing no sex, and the kid's will enjoy it. (I know I am a kid!)

Summary: A Blow-Away Hit!
Review: This IS the movie for musical enthusiasts. Many, including myself, are so excited for the re-release of this Disney masterpeice. Set in 1899 in New York City, it follows the lives of a spirited group of boys, the Newsies. Led by Jack Kelly (Christian Bale) they go on strike and impress the city. With great music and choreography, this is a must-see for all children. You will end with a smile on your face. The enthusiasm of the "working boys of New York" never dies. Thank you Mr. Eisner for making this classic once again available to all of us die-hard NEWSIES fans!

Review: I first saw Newsies when I was seven. I've loved it ever since! It's a great movie!!!!! It's very heartwarming and it has a great storyline! Not to mention great choreography, great acting, and great songs!!!! I can't recommend this movie enough!!!

Summary: The Tragic Story of Newsies
Review: All Newsie fans are struggling to put together the Newsie release story. Basically, in 1992, the idea of another movie-musical disgusted viewers of Newsies and after poor box office sales, Disney brought the theatre run of Newsies to a close. Again, when the video was released in 1993, Disney, as well as Christian Bale, predicted bad sales, and only a limited number of copies of this movie remain. While we're on the subject of Christian Bale, let's bring up all the Baleheads (Christian Bale fans). They went insane when this movie closed and copies were missing. Newsies started to come into popularity years after it had been released and discontinued. Newsies fans everywhere are going crazy for it (myself included). When the Sound Track was released on CD (thank you Baleheads), people went crazy, and sales went up. But still, no attempt to ever rerelease the movie on VHS. Well, the movie is coming to DVD in November, and we can only hope that a surprise announcement comes out that the VHS is being revived for the people that missed out. Until then, we watch the DVD's and email Disney.

Review: In my opinion, *Newsies* is the greatest movie ever made. I LOVE it. It is a wonderful musical, and it also has a brilliant plot. The singing and dansing is no less than spell bounding. Parts of certain songs still give me goosebumps every time I hear them. If you haven't seen the movie, RENT IT NOW. Or ,better yet, buy it.

Review: I'm not much of a musical guy, but this is just a MUST Have! Come on Somebody better start making the DVDs, they'll sell like hot cakes! I tell ya, this is my all time favorite movie, right in front of "The Transformers: The Movie."

Review: When i was 6 this movie came out and i loved it then and i still love it now that i'm 14 i have the movie and i watch it almost every week. it bugs me that it didn't do good cause all of my friends that watched it love it. its one of the best musicals the songs are great it has good cheorgraphy. and i don't get how anyone could not like this movie. if it was re-released again i bet ya it would do much betta i know i would bring all my friends to it. this is a movie everyone should see if they like musicals or not! its a great disney movie that just didn't get a chance back in 92. but were ready for it in 2001
