Summary: By far the best documentary DVD on Eminem!
Review: The producers of this DVD did a spectacular documentary on Eminem! I love Eminem and I thought I knew everything about him and his early life. The DVD gives never before seen pictures and footage of Eminem. Plus, it shows AWESOME interviews with Eminem's mom and uncle Todd (I think this was his last interview before passing away one month ago). Plus footage of Ronnie as a kid, Eminem's childhood friend. The DVD also dissects Eminem's tattoos and coolest of all his early childhood artistic skills of Spiderman, and other superheros. I strongly recommend this DVD to all Eminem diehards and to anybody who wants to know what it took for Eminem to be where he is today. The coolest part of the DVD was the use of cartoon effects to the documentary, just like in the comic books! This is by far the best stuff on Eminem! I love Eminem, he is the best rapper EVER!

Summary: Best Hip Hop biography. Period
Review: This is a must see for all Eminem fans. For the first time we get a real look into the superstar's pre-fame days. We get to follow his footsteps in his everyday struggles in the days when he was trying to come up as a rapper. The story is told through a number of interviews from Em's mother, grandmother, uncle todd, ex-boss when he was a cook, etc. There's also some great footage of scribble jam '97 where Em battles another MC before Em was well-known. Furthermore, Treach from Naughty by Nature narrated the voice-overs which I thought was really dope considering Em has noted Treach to be one of his greatest influences. He definitely provides this feature with some added flavor. Seriously, for anybody who has ever wondered what it took for Eminem to get to where he is today, you gotta see this.
