Rating: Summary: This DVD is a Trip Review: I am a multi-media buff, and this DVD knocked my socks off. The images, the music, the surround sound. I laughed when I read the caution at the beginning which said if you become dizzy or nauseus while watching the DVD, turn your head away. I am not laughing now! The images move so quickly and the visuals are so powerful when combined with the surround sound music that is was truly an amazing experience. Thank you Gartel, Big Daddy G. and Steve Danzig. Also thanks to all the talented Artists that contributed their music for this project. It is great. I can't wait for volume 2, is there going to be a volume 2?One last very important thing. THIS DVD IS A MULTI-REGION, MULTI-ZONE DVD, IT WILL PLAY ANYWHERE. IT IS NOT A REGION 1, IT IS A REGION -0- ACCORDING TO MY MACHINE.
Rating: Summary: Nothing Like it on this Planet! Review: I use to enjoy fast paced videos on MTV, but Gartel's Trance, Dance and Other Living Things, leaves MTV in the dust. Thousands of images flying by the screen in 3D, film, video, photo's, animation, and everything else you can think of. I was glued to my Big Screen TV. It also has unbelieveable Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound featuring some great Artists including General Degree. All of the visuals are in sync to the music, and they mixed thousands of Mr. Gartels unbelieveable images into one great DVD. This DVD is a must! Mr. Gartel is truly the "Father" of Digital Art.
Rating: Summary: Amazing visual and musical experience Review: This dvd is unique. The 14 tracks cover a whole range of dance styles from the Ragga influenced 'Notorius' (Miss Gorgeous) by General Degree to Trancy/Euro -Ibiza club anthems like Suva's 'Searching for the Sun'. All the music is of the highest quality and Gartel's mindblowing in sync visualisations cut with images from his fantastic artistic brain leave you stunned. The whole thing is like having a perfect club night experience on dvd
