Summary: AN OK BEYONCE PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: I am gonna be completely honest in this review. I am a huge Beyonce fan, and i love her music, i think she is hot, i just don't think she performs very well live. I went to the ladies first tour in Oakland, CA last month, and i was very dissapointed with her performance. Thank god Alicia Keys was performing as well, otherwise i would have been pissed. (That girl did amazing.) But anyway this dvd was pretty much the same. It started off pretty good with Baby Boy, Naughty Girl, Fever, and Work it out. She does good with those songs, very entertaining, but then after the ever annoying Hip Hop Star, she goes in to ballad mode, which pretty much puts everone to sleep. But then she wakes us up with a great rendition to her song Speechless which she sings pretty well. And then she loses me again when she sings like 15 seconds from all her previous Destiny's Child songs. From there she does Me, Myself, and I which is another of the million song's she dedicates to "her ladies". She does pretty well with that, and then she performs the cheesy song Summertime which is new to the crowd at the time, and no one really seems to be feeling it. Up next is Beyonce's favorite song Dangerously in Love which she overly sings. She screams the chorus over and over turning the 4 minute song into anywhere between 10-15 minutes. And then finally her grand finale which is Crazy In Love. She wakens me up for this one. I love the way she makes her entrance stares into the crowd with one arm up, and out of nowhere the music comes on and she starts to go right on cue. It looks great. So a little disapointed, but if you are a die hard Beyonce fan, you will love it. I gave it three stars because of the many costume changes she does, and the coming out of the ceiling entrance hanging upsidedown, and the whole lot of unexpected things she does to make an otherwise dull performance a little interesting. Plus you get alot of extra features including a behing the scenes look into getting the show together, some interviews, and a performance to Crazy in Love from the Brit Awards show. It also comes with a cd with some remixes and a few new songs that i wasn't too crazy about.

Summary: Dvd concert plus cd of bonus songs and remixes.
Review: I bought this collection for the second disc of remixes included here. The real find though is the DVD concert that is the main selling point. Although not as polished as a Cher or Kylie - Beyonce comes off as a hardworking, great voiced young diva waiting and eventually showing the crowd her talent for dancing ,singing and of course like every good diva -the glamour that goes into concerts like this. She changes outfits several times and looks great in each one. This is basically a concert of her Dangerously In Love cd with a Destiny's Child medley thrown in for great effect. Love the Bob Fosse- Sweet Charity number during "Yes".
The cd is the main point of me buying this and in it you get a new cover of the Classic "Wishing On A Star" made famous by Rose Royce /The Cover Girls(depending on if you are a 70's or a 90's music fan) plus two new songs. The remixes are for "Krazy In Love"(Maurice's Nu Soul Mix- 6:29),"Baby Boy" (Junior's World Mixshow Mix-6:38) and the new and so far only on import remix for "Naughty Girl"(Caldrone/Quayle Club Mix- a full 9:39). Missing is a remix for "Me,Myself And I" but still a great little ep of new stuff and mixes.

Summary: Where Do I Start???
Review: I bought this DVD due to the first review that was posted on this site. Thankfully, it was worth the 14.99 that I spent. Beyonce is a fantastic entertainer. The sets, the outfits... it was great. SHE SUNG THE HELL OUTTA DANGEROUSLY THOUGH! I hate the fact that "Signs" was missing, but you can only perform for so long, right?

But what I do feel was the best part of the DVD was the extra stuff. You get to see exactly what happened before she went on the stage, a bonus performance of "Crazy In Love," even the L'Oreal commercial (how cute). It even tells you at the end of the bonus features is that Destiny's Child CD will be out in the fall...

YOU GOTTA LISTEN TO THE BONUS CD!

1). WISHING ON A STAR (5/5)
It's a smooth remake and I love it! But the best thing about Beyonce is that when she remakes your song, she makes it her own and not a carbon copy. It's not too much, and it's not too flat!

2). WHAT'S IT GONNA BE (5/5)
This is my favorite song off the CD. The beat is cute, and it kinda draws you into the song. It's a little familiar (the beat), but I can't remember whose song it was...

3). MY FIRST TIME (3/5)
There's one in every bunch... a song that you listen to, but you don't instantly like it because it has to grow on you. And this is the one. I wanted this so bad to be a ballad... oh well

4-6). KRAZY IN LOVE RMX, BABY BOY RMX, NAUGHTY GIRL RMX (n/a)
I HATE REMIXES LIKE THESE... (SORRY)

With the exception of 4-6, hearing these songs makes me a little upset that Beyonce changed her mind about releasing a second CD with the songs that weren't on "Dangerously." The girl knows what's she's doing and I hope the Destiny's Child album is hot...

In conclusion:
WORTH THE MONEY... GO GET IT... YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO

Summary: Great DVD but could have been a little better...
Review: I gave this DVD 4 stars instead of 5 because Beyonces outfits do not match her songs. Hip hop star the dancers outfits were fitting for the song but Beyonce seemed out of place with hers. Naughty girl was the same. The gypsy outfit didnt' fit. However, her singing and choreography were great. She did an excellent job of keeping you glued to the TV. It would have been nice if DC could have accompanied her when she sang some of DC's greatest hits. Yes was awesome at the end when she moved her head with the last part of the song. I thought that was hot!! Overall, it was a great DVD.

Summary: This is a great dvd
Review: I love love love this dvd. Get it, its beautiful. I could watch it agian and agian its so timeless. The extra cd is great. The behind the scenes is great. She is so lovely. The music is wonderful it has good sound and every song sounds good. The closeups are nice. I went to the concert in vegas, and the sound was out of proportion and I had bad seats, so it was so nice to see her up close and personal. I really recommend this, but I am also obsessive.

Summary: Say Her Name, Say Her Name !!
Review: If anyone gives this DVD less than 5 stars they must be crazy. I haven't been a fan of Destiny's Child throughout their entire career but lately I started realizing that I need to get on the right track and show Beyonce some love. Her vocals are superb and her choreography in the show is tight. This DVD shows enough backstage and behind the scenes to where you just find out how sweet and down to earth, but hard working Beyonce is. She puts her ALL into the show and it shows in the response of her fans. It's so good that I just hopped online and bought myself floor seats for her Manchester,England "Destiny Fulfilled" concert. I had to this thing live and in person.

Summary: Good legs show
Review: If Beyoncé Knowles ever consider an alternative show business measuring her million dollars billboard charting career, she can simply model! Look at those legs, Naomi Campbell to watch out for, her Live at Wembley is the most overpowering concert show to any R&B dance hip-hop female artistes in the past one year across Europe and America. The look of it is astonishingly hip to surpass any in-style critic. With the release of this DVD's dazzling cover packaging, Beyoncé sure uplifts her already mega star status with this delicate dolly image to a breathtaking level of success.

Though her urban soul tune and glamorous outfit may go well altogether for the mass young listening crowd, I still find the only great song tailored for Beyoncé is and couldn't been other than CRAZY IN LOVE - which is also featured here in another hair-throwing thigh-shaking performace from the Brit Awards 2004. This act with the uptempo dance hit is not easily duplicated for many years to come. The rest of the songs are not so well to be remembered, and the remixes CD only serves more as a filler for value.

Summary: Great Voice, Great Show....Change the outfits!
Review: Let me start off by saying that Beyoncé is my favorite celebrity of ALL TIME! I loved this DVD-CD combo. The remixes on the CD were TERRIBLE! They could've just kept the 3 new songs and left off the remixes.

I love the performances on the DVD, but I wish that she would've changed the outfits a little bit more often. The outfit that she used to start of the concert with "Baby Boy", was the same outfit that she wore at the VMAs in 2003. She finally changed after about the first 3 or 4 numbers. She changed into a kind of '50s type outfit that was very classy & it had historical meaning. Give about 3 more numbers with that outfit, then she changed into a yellow dress that she wore for about 5 more songs. Then she did "Dangerously In Love 2", my favorite performance on the DVD. She wore this spectacular white dress with feathers. Her voice sounded amazing on the entire DVD, but this performance took the prize.

Great Voice, Great Show, Buy the DVD!
