Summary: Decent video, good song, but where are the extras?
Review: Gotta hand it to Madonna for pioneering another new music video format, the DVD single. (Remember the Justify My Love video single back in 1990?) Great idea. It's certainly an interesting looking video, she looks fab, and it's also nice to see her hanging with former cohorts Debi Mazar and Niki Harris again. If you're a fan, you'll be more than pleased. But there are only two tracks on this thing, and as far as I could tell the only difference between the two is some additional dialogue between M and the obnoxious limo driver. How about a making-of? Deleted scenes? Commentary? I mean, even some lyrics would have been nice, but there's nothing extra, and only two tracks is pretty bare-bones for an $8.99 list price. And how about a 5.1 sound mix? The video and song gets 4 stars, but the actual content of the DVD gets 1.

Summary: Music-a spoof on gangster rap with a new style
Review: I love Madonna's look in this one, she is so beautiful...and she proves it more with every new video. i love this video so much and the song rocks, there aren't any extras or behind the scenes but the video alone was worth the 9.99-you should get it if you like madonna and wanna see her party with home girls-there is also a cute cartoon madonna scene that is halarious! plz get it or see it because this video is so damn brilliant! i especially love the scene where madonna is pretending to be the puffy or B I G when she stuffs the money in the strippers bras, she was cracking up and i luv her smile, anyway...see it, because it is guaranteed to entertain u!

Review: I think this video manages to raise the ante for all music videos coming out now--especially those in the Hip Hop/R&B genre. By using the imagery made popular by the likes of Puffy Combs, et al, but using it in a manner that makes it seem both incredibly tacky and humorous, I hope this serves as a smck in the face to all those artists out there obsessed with their search for the "Good Life." She has raised the ante with this video, and I doubt if many of the other players in pop music are up to the challenge.

Madonna, aka "Muff Daddy" (LMAO!), has thrown down the gauntlet to Puff Daddy, and I pray that he takes the challenge. Next to seeing a collaboration with Brian Transeau (BT), I can't think of anything I'd like to see more right now:-)

Summary: Video is meant to be CAMP
Review: I'd have to disagree with the first two reviews that I read for this DVD. This DVD is great. Though the video may not "match" the song - that is probably the intent purpose of both Madonna and Jonas Akerlund (the director). The video is supposed to resemble those cheesy 1970's action flicks and succeeds on that level. The "dumb" humor by the driver is also intentional and only enhances the atmosphere of the video. I recomend this to anyone who knows what the director is trying to spoof in this video. Also, I like to mention that Madonna "drinking" in the club - it is not actually Madonna - it is her "character" and her character is not pregnant (this comment is in response to one of the reviews that I read).

Summary: If your a Madonna fan it's worth it!
Review: It's the song and the video. If your a real fan, it is worth it for your collection, plus you don't have to wait for the video to be played on MTV you can see it whenver you want.

Summary: Lady M does it again
Review: Madonna ,once again, reinvents herself. This is such a fun video, a spoof on hip hop videos. It's all about her having a fun time with her friends in a limo going to a strip club. It's also unbelievable that she was a couple of months pregnant when this was filmed. She looked totally hip in her white cowboy hat and her white pimplike coat. Madonna can do no wrong in my eyes. The only thing it's a little pricey for just a video, but being it's Madonna it's worth it.

Summary: MADONNA eads the video era once again!
Review: MADONNA's new video *MUSIC* is another Amazing and refreshing video from the Most Successful Female Recoding Artist in the WORLD! When you turn on MTV and VH1 and you see the same old rap, r&b and teen pop videos, but when you see MADONNA's new video "MUSIC" you see something original and a song that rocks. The video starts out with a british comedian Ali G. commenting on MADONNA's breasts, the video then goes on with MADONNA and her two real life friends Debi Mazar and Niki Harris in the back of a limmo sipping champagne, then having a great time at the bar in a dance club. Now the video has a animated scene with MADONNA turned Super Hero. The video finally ends with MADONNA and the girls going to a strip club and getting in to the limmo with a bunch of the female strippers singing and dancing to MADONNA's Acid Rock song called MUSIC. Now this song and video do not have any special message other than a role reversal theme saying if a guy can go out with friends for a night out on the town, so can a Women. This video and song are not only Original but they are AMAZING!
