Summary: Fantastic Fish!
Review: Excellent concert! Fish is funny as hell on the documentary travel disk where he takes you behind the scenes of preparing for his concerts. The disk also includes a very interesting interview with Fish. Having been a big Fish fan since the mid 80s (with Marillion) I have always hoped that one day there would be a decent DVD of some of his concerts because he rarely gets to play in the U.S. Here it is! Don't miss this powerful concert! You will most likely never get to see too many concerts as good as this in the U.S. So check it out!

Summary: Best Fish Video-DVD available
Review: I own some old Marillion concerts and also Fish solo concerts (Krakow concerts are specially good) in LD but this one is by far the best I've seen.
First: It was taken by a very good Polish TV crew so images are very artistic (someone there was a film director or similar for sure)
Second: audio quality is very good, at least is the best sounded Fish video I have heard.
last but not least: The band is very precise and they were in a good shape for that concert. Mickey Simmons was back to the band and that's notorius in the way they sounded. 5 stars for Mickey in keyboards. The rythm section was very thight, especially Dave Stewart. Robin Boult (more used to be a rythm guitar player with Fish) takes the lead (and only guitar) for the concert bringing a very nice feeling, nice job also.

Fish was as good as ever, having to say that his voice has suffered a little bit in the last years.

I specially liked the Sunset on Empire album versions (very good and enegetic) and the medleys, both of them very good structured and arranged. Very soulful end of concert with a Piano-Vocal version on Gentleman's excuse me and Lavender with the band returning for the end of the second.

If you are looking for Fish DVDs or videos don't think about it, this one is superb.

Summary: CATCH THE FISH IN THE RAIN
Review: THIS DVD MADE ME REDISCOVERED THE CHARISMATIC EFFECT THAT FISH CAN HAVE ON THE AUDIENCE WHEN HE SINGS AND MOVE ON A STAGE. HE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE IN THIS SHOW DESPITE THE CONSTANT RAINING ON THIS OUTDOOR VENUE. THE CAMERA WORK IS GOOD SPECIALLY WHEN WE SEE SOME IMAGES COMING FROM THE LEAVES OF A TREE BEFORE FOCUSING SLOWLY ON THE STAGE. THIS CONCERT, SOMETIMES, WITH FISH AND THE MUSIC, MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS WATCHING A RELIGIOUS EVENT. THE REPEATED BEAT OF THE MUSIC AND THE WAY FISH WAS MOVING ON THE STAGE HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS. THE SET LIST IS GOOD WITH A GOOD DOSE OF MARILLION'S SONG. A MUST FOR FISH AND MARILLION FANS.

Summary: good but could have been much better
Review: What is expected from Fish? A good show yes but what else? If you have seen Fish play Live ,their is a good chance that you will be dissapointed in this show. Fish always communicates with his crowd and tells stories and jokes .This is what makes Fish Fish .Unfortunatelly ,their is none of this in this DVD and therefore it is very dissapointing to us.The charisma that Fish has was cut off from this film and is unfortunate. All you get are songs which is not enough .If you listen to tales from the big bus CD you will understand what i am talking about
