Summary: No Sugar Ray No Day
Review: Being a huge Sugar Ray fan I have to say this collection is excellent! Not only does it have music videos that were NEVER aired on MTV or even in the USA, but even rarer old interviews that are hilarious. The extra conversations with the band's family members are the icing on the cake! If you are buying this in hopes to find out more about them, I mean, who knows more than they do? All this AND concert footage- what else do you need?

Summary: this video kicked ass
Review: I am Sugar Ray's #1 fan, I love them all <even loopy> and all of there cds so when i heard they had a vidoe i went and bought it and it was really cool. It documented How Sugar Ray really are, and how they really act. I have been to 5 of there concerts and the video did a good job of showing how there concerts are. This Video really kicked ass, I hope they come out with another one

Summary: Good
Review: I'm not crazy about their pre-"Fly" stuff, so am not crazy about their earlier videos. I hadn't seen the "Fly" and "Every Morning" videos, so that's why I got this. It was great to see those videos. And the reason I'm giving this 4 stars (instead of 3) even though I only really like two of the videos, is that the clips between the videos of the guys goofing around, and of their mothers being interviewed about their sons, is hilarious stuff.

Summary: A must for all fans of the band
Review: If you are a fan of Sugar Ray then i highly recommend this dvd. It has all their early videos from their debut cd, plus the stuff from their Fly and Everybody days. People who think that Fly was their first video will be surprised at how many earlier videos they did, and at the hardcore style they used to do. I love every single Sugar Ray cd, from their early beginnings as a thrash/metal/punk band to the current radio-friendly pop they are doing now. It's all good. The dvd includes music videos, plus footage of the band members' backstage antics, which are fun to watch. You also get to meet the mothers of the bandmembers, talking about how sweet and wonderfully innocent their sons all are, and this footage is cut with scenes of the group members partying in various states of drunkenness and fun. It's all harmless and very entertaining. The whole dvd concept is well thought-out and executed. I wished it could have gone on longer. My only hope is a sequel of some sort, with more videos from the new cds. Those guys clearly know how to have a great time and are definite party animals. Mark McGrath and the gang look like a great bunch of guys to know and hang out with. Don't miss this dvd. It's a solid collection to your Sugar Ray library.

Summary: This disc rocks!
Review: If you call yourself a Sugar Ray fan, then you have to have this in your collection. This video rocks so much!!! It has every single one of their 8 videos. Yes, 8 videos. From the early days. You get so much Sugar Ray in this video your appetite may be filled. But it may leave you screaming for more. It captures the essense of Sugar Ray, which is a group of five guys just wanting to have a good time. And that's what this video is. A good time. Buy it!! You will not be disapointed!

Summary: No beer no work
Review: That's what the title of this video, "No Cerveza no trabajo," means in English. I suppose it is a new take on the "Will work for beer" saying, or maybe, "If you don't have beer for me, I won't work." Whatever the case, I'm inclined to believe these guys live by that motto . . . they probably get drunk a lot. This comes through during the segments between the music videos. During these segments, the mothers (and occasionally the grandmothers) to the band members are being interviewed and are, as expected, talking about how saintly their sons are; interspersed with the mothers' dialogue is footage of the boys in various states of undress, intoxication, rough housing, and, in some cases, bondage. Yes, it's a corny gag; but it's fun.

I like the video because it is humorous and Sugar Ray has a few catchy songs, but, well, even *they* will admit that they are not exactly musical innovators (the lead singer almost sounds tone deaf on songs like "Someday"). It could probably be said that the extent of the success they have enjoyed would not have been possible without the aid of these videos (then again, that could probably be said for 98% of the successful musical acts out there). My favorite video on this collection is "RPM"; this song is not as "radio friendly" as most of their others, and the video is a little more "edgy."

Over all, this is an enjoyable collection of video, and if you are a fan of Sugar Ray then you will enjoy it.

Summary: For The Fans
Review: The Tracks:
Caboose
Mean Machine
10 Seconds Down
Iron Mic
Fly (feat. Super Cat)
RPM
Every Morning
Someday
-And intervies with band members and their families about the band.

Aspect ratio: 1.33:1
Audio: Dolby AC-3 5.1, LPCM (CD Quality uncompressed pro-logic compatible 2.0)
My opinion is that the 5.1 mix does not make extensive use of the rear channels, but helps to provide a crisper sound environment than pro-logic 1 or 2.

Bonus Track: Falls Apart (Also LPCM and 5.1)

Summary: This disc rocks!
Review: This is a disc for both fans of the band and those who have only heard hits like "Fly" and "Every Morning." Longtome fans will delight in the inclusion of older, harder tracks like "Mean Machine," "Caboose," and "Iron Mic." These tracks will also show those who have only heard the more recent stuff just how cool and verstile this band is. The 5.1 sound is amazing and it even included the video for "Falls Apart" which was not on the VHS.
